Design Verse Studios Avis 

I strongly regret using Design Verse Studios for my website project.
I paid Design Verse Studios to design and launch a professional website for my business. Initially, the website was completed and appeared to be functioning as expected. However, approximately six months later, the website was taken offline, and I was informed that additional payments were required to update website code and maintain functionality.
This was extremely frustrating, as these requirements were never clearly explained to me at the outset. After already paying for the website, I felt as though I was being repeatedly asked for additional money simply to keep the site operational.
When I eventually requested access to my hosting account and ownership of the website assets so that I could move the site elsewhere, I was again told that additional fees would be required. In my view, this created unnecessary obstacles to gaining control of a website that I had already paid for.
The most disappointing aspect of this experience has been the lack of communication. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, my requests have largely gone unanswered, and obtaining clear information has been extremely difficult.
Based on my personal experience, I found the service unprofessional, poorly communicated, and frustrating to deal with. If you are considering Design Verse Studios (designversestudios.com), I strongly recommend that you obtain a detailed written agreement regarding ownership of your website, hosting, source files, ongoing maintenance fees, and access rights before making any payment.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Those guys are bunch of scammer that’s ripping people off in the internet. They would tell you one price after that tell you a diferentes price. If you don’t want to get rip off don’t invest in these guys.

I have been through 3 previous web design developers who either were un-able or un-willing to translate my vision into my web design. Jason of Design Verse Studios has gone above and beyond to try to listen to my non-typical expressions of creating understanding and empathy for my constituents and has made special efforts to translate them into the techno language of development. What he doesn't know, he researches and finds a way to implement.

Before hiring Design Verse Studios I researched the Internet plus local web design companies. This processed seemed over bearing. I am not an IT tech guy which made this process more difficult. Some firms were AI run while others had nice people but these people didn't seem like a nice fit. Design Verse Studios were easy to work with, they knew I was a Rookie but they did not treat as a Rookie. Jason worked with me to answer my questions. I could tell Jason real cared about me and my new website and the new business I was starting. The entire process went smooth and fast. Jason kept his word and his promises. He is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Design Verse Studios for your next website.

I had a very rocky start with this company because they developed the website on a hosting service I had previously hired. The site developed was not suitable for my hosting service's limitations, so I was unable to add or modify pages. This should have been (at least I would believe) something they should have considered before building the page. At that point, I was left with a service that did not work. The proposed solution was to acquire their service to host the developed page. So, another cost I hadn't contemplated. Sam, the person I have been working with, was very flexible and offered me the same hosting solution for three and a half years at half price. Also, Sam has been very kind in providing me instructional videos so I could make the modifications myself, and even though the price also "included" all page modifications/additions, in the interest of time, I would rather do that myself. I want to add something that made me uncomfortable: the fact that they insisted that I complete this survey.

They built 2 websites for me and did a great job on both. Sam Miller is always responsive when I have questions. Highly recommend.
