Fantastic experience purchasing a patio furniture set from Desser in Manchester. We live on the Isle of Man and the Desser team handled the shipping to our door.

Lovely furniture, after having ordered on line without seeing in person, I wax quite worried, but it’s better than I expected, only 1 thing, slight mark on a cushion, but they’re going to send out replacement cover

I ordered the Dijon set with coffee and lamp tables for our garden room. This was recommended when I asked for advice from one of your advisors on live chat. A great choice-so thank you to whoever suggested this. The set looks lovely and the style suits our room. We have had loads of compliments.
The crew who delivered the items, Zac and Matt were great, though they arrived very early in the morning! Very polite and pleasant and nothing seemed too much trouble. Would definitely recommend your company for vast choice, customer service and quality.

I ordered this online and within a day was sent an email asking me to book a delivery date. The booking system very easy to use and I was kept fully informed about the delivery, including a call 30 minutes before the delivery was made. The duress extremely well packaged and fully protected. I am very happy with my purchase, it feels well made and good quality. I would highly recommend Desser to other consumers

Very poor after-sales service.

I paid over £400 for a Desser armchair and the cane weave began breaking down shortly after purchase. Instead of addressing the quality issue, Desser immediately blamed me without evidence.

They repeatedly hid behind a “warranty” position rather than dealing with their responsibilities under UK consumer law, and then offered a so-called 'goodwill' repair while expecting me to pay £85 for professional fitting.

This felt like deliberate deflection rather than genuine customer service. I would not buy from Desser again and would advise others to be cautious.

New cushions arrived within a few days. One needed replacing as very soft. Replacement arrived quickly too.

Very helpful on phone query, easy to order replacement covers and quick delivery. Perfect fit, very happy.

I was kept informed about my order and delivery, as item was out of stock when I placed the order. It was delivered within 3 weeks, so very pleased with that.
