The delivery was excellent love the product
After a few teething issues all resolved well

It's been 4 months since I purchased a 3x4 pergola, lean-to, full 4m glass sliding doors, and 1 solid aluminium side. It was a bit of a sceptical purchase since you can't actually see the product, but I can definitely say after 4 months that the product is high quality, sturdy, looks and feels premium. Big shout to the installation team, especially Steve Parr who was absolutely amazing throughout the process, communicative and very professional. The only negative comment is for the after sales team, who don't keep up with the whole buying experience. This made my overall purchase a bit stressful. Overall, I would highly recommend the product and Steve's installation team.

Took an order for a piece of furniture and said it had been sent out the next day. 8 days later I receive an email to say that the item is not in stock and that I will receive a refund within 10 days.
The item still said it was in stock on the web site for 3 days afterwards. To add to that the courier is still saying it’s on its way.
Out of pocket by £400 for the best part of the month with a load of furnishings paid for to compliment the piece of furniture that I now no longer will be receiving.
Customer service aren’t really bothered either so please save your money and shop elsewhere.

Do not buy anything from them; their return policies are illegal (when they offer free shipping, it is illegal to charge an order cancellation fee). Be very careful with them—their shipping descriptions are inaccurate, and you can never figure out the actual delivery date (it says 6 days, but after 6 days you get an email saying 10–12 days; their "6 days" actually means a minimum of 2 months). Refunds take weeks while the refund team decides whether to "approve" you. I read the negative reviews and realized they are liars who have no intention of refunding people's money. A company with no contact phone number is clearly hiding from its customers. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM; REMEMBER, CHEAP ALWAYS ENDS UP BEING EXPENSIVE.

Prompt delivery and installation within a few days of me ordering. Installation team were fast and efficient and tidied all the boxes and rubbish for disposal.

Communicate with you, Casa Maria is certainly not the company for you. They are allergic to using the phone, don’t have a phone number on website and when they say they are going to phone you they don’t. They have a 2 day response time to emails, that usually takes longer and takes forever to get anywhere. Haven’t had the product installed yet as it will have taken over a month from when I asked for it to be installed to it actually being installed, so don’t know how good it is yet. The only positive I can give is the price was good.

Great Products, our pergola arrived significantly quicker than we anticipated. Delivery staff, who had driven a long way, were sooo lovely. We needed some help with the installation, reached out to customer support and they were also outstanding. Helped us to diagnose our problem and then provided a solution. The Pergola is amazing, and I would highly recommend the company too.

The sideboard is absolutely beautiful so well made solid beautiful colour so pleased after looking for the right piece for months love that it is elegant on legs and 90cm high but narrow at 40cm looks really expensive

We received our delivery on Wednesday the 30th of September,and at the moment still in the boxes.

Very happy with our pergola from Casa Maria. Great quality product and the delivery and installation team were quick, professional and left everything clean and tidy. Communication confirming the installation date could have been better, but overall we’re very pleased with the product and service. Would happily recommend.

Excellent service and delivery. The side board is beautiful, well made and looks stunning.

Purchased the 6x3m SplitZone pergola and couldn't be happier with the quality.

The driver arrived right on time and was very friendly. When we mentioned we were planning to assemble it ourselves, he took the time to share a few tips, including an advice to place rubber sheets between the pergola feet and the floor to protect it.

Another tip for prospective buyers: think about the orientation of the sun when deciding on your setup position. Depending on how you orient the structure, opening the louvres will either cast full shade or let the direct sunlight pass through.

The quality of the pergola itself is superb and assembly was reasonably straightforward, it honestly feels like a giant Lego set! The most challenging part was bolting the structure into the floor. I had to buy a more powerful corded drill with diamond drill bits to get through, but once that was done, everything fit together perfectly.

Highly recommended!

Great quality product, not cheap but worth it, and the guys that fitted it were very careful and efficient.

What a fantastic company to buy from , start to finish very professional ,also the fitting company kept us in touch with everything with regarding delivery date Si and Nial the fitters great pair of guys left everything clean and tidy and any issues we had were dealt with very quickly by ste in the office definitely recommend
