We're very happy with our new addition to the garden. The guys delivering and erecting the Pergola, were fantastic. Involved me in decisions and offered advise.
All in all it's been a smooth, process from the initial enquiry to the Pergola erected in our garden.

Delivered on time and when stated, put the furniture together and seems to be a sturdy set. Cushions look good and look they’ll hold up well also.

Terrible customer service. Items delivered not as described.

Took 3 of us about 4 hours to put up. Easy to build including screens. Build instructions for blinds a bit hit and miss. The instructions for the light switch and usb were non existent when it came to operation. Some parts didn't work unless you bought the full motor roof kit a minor thing. Pretty waterproof unless it's a torrential downpour. You will still need to bring in cushions over winter, unless of course you have a smaller garden furniture set. Would I recommend this, Yes I definitely would. The pergola has extended our home way cheaper than a conservatory. We bought a 3 x 4. The only other thing, the free patio heater which is great by the way doesnt have any safety electrical pass sticker or anything about the kilowatt useage. This is naughty of the company and shouldn't really be with the pergola free or not. The delivery guys were so polite and refused to let us help. A very good experience.

Ordered my pergola and garden furniture 29th July and arrived today. Steve was polite and friendly going through the delivery and the tracking when the guys Nial and Harvey arrived were spot on time if not a little earlier they were polite freindly. and straight on the job.they did a brilliant job, Nial went through everything with me. Just waiting for my electrician to visit tomorrow to put a Garden socket in for the lights and heater. all boxes were tidied and flattened to make it easy for me to put in the bin over a couple of weeks one hiccup was the shutters wasn't suitable for fitting on my flooring so they had to be sent back to be refunded. I can honestly say l had a 1st class job done by Nial and Harvey. Also thanks to Steve arranging Delivery and return of the shutters .

Product is 100%. Delivery not so good as they didn’t give any notification of delivery date on first attempt and then had to wait almost a week for the final delivery.

We had a great experience where it comes to the delivery. We were on holiday when it was due to be delivered. They let me know what day and time so that I could ask my neighbour to take delivery for me and called me back to get confirmation 👍.

What makes a good company excellent? It’s after sales service when you have an issue.
The motorshade is a fantastic pergola, I had an issue with a damaged cable so fired off an email, next day received a reply then a call to identify as the part. The part was then in the post for next day delivery, fantastic service and a fantastic product. Wish all companies could be this good

Great service from start to finish, with regular updates on delivery times.
We paid extra to have the furniture assembled and I’m so glad we did! It took around 2.5 hours – if that had been left to me, I’d probably still be putting it together a week later 😂
The furniture is great quality, really comfortable, looks fantastic and is definitely well worth the money.
The only downside is that I wish all the packaging and rubbish had been taken away once the assembly was completed. Other than that, really pleased with everything and would definitely recommend.

I ordered a pergola with installation in July and was told it was being dispatched on 27 July. To date I have yet to hear from courier to confirm a date. I’ve made several attempts to resolve via email but no further forward. You are unable to contact this company by phone. I have now asked for refund.

So happy with this company I ordered a pergola to be delivered and installed and what a wonderful experience I had delivery was on time and installation on same day it looks fantastic and didn’t take Danny and the other young guy long Thankyou so much one happy customer 😀

Delivery was early but driver very good and stacked the boxes safely and out of sight. The product is of great quality and we managed to install reasonably quickly. It looks great and we are looking forward to using it.

Garden Patio set received in August, minor defects when checked. The Casa Maria customer service team has been excellent in dealing with the issues. Everything was resolved in a prompt and professional manner by Mark Brooks. Best customer service we have had from a company in a long time. Due to this would buy from Casa Maria again.

Ordered but the 3-6 day deliver window was missed. No way of contacting the team in the business or the delivery team, only a driver. We are told late deliver to be yesterday, then this morning, now 14.00… we’ve wasted 2 days over a bank holiday weekend waiting for the team to deliver.

Excellent customer service, starting with the placing of order continuing to the prompt and professional delivery.The Porto Garden set with its numbered construction details made assembly easy taking just under an hour.The product itself is of great quality and very easy on the eye and would say excellent value for money

Kyle & Paul were not only hard working, tidy, and perfectionists, they were genuinely nice blokes and a real pleasure to have around. I felt immediately comfortable having them there which is huge when you live alone. Thank you both for installing my new pergola!
