Casa Maria Avis 

From the time we placed our order of a 4x4metre pergola things went very smoothly the sales time were good at explaining things and we received the delivery on time.
The installers that came to put the pergola up were just brilliant Neil was so polite and friendly and everything went to plan. Even though they could not take the packing away the left it neat and tidy for us to easy remove. The Pergola looks amazing.
The only fault was the patio heater brackets do not seam to be correct as they don't line up with the pole. I am hoping that customer services can sort this out quickly for us before the cold nights arrive.

Neil was exceptional in going the extra mile to complete the installation of my Pergola despite one side of the Pergola arriving later in the day.

Absolutely appalling service from start to finish. Ordered a dining table which we were provided with tracking information for. The table never turned up with no explanation provided, despite us having to take a day off work for the delivery. When repeatedly sending emails asking for clarification, we were ignored for days before being told the delivery had been rearranged for a few days later. On the day of the new delivery, it was suddenly cancelled again with no explanation. I have since been told by Mia at customer service that the table was never in stock! Incredibly bad customer service and experience, would avoid ever ordering from here at all costs.

The garden heater hadn't been delivered but the team at Casa Maria were on it. When it was delivered they refitted a blind for me and realigned a pillar which was really kind.

Delivered on time. We paid for the assembly which I am very glad we did. The guys carried out the service with no issues and were very polite and helpful.

As for the product, really happy with the quality, time will tell if the cover is up to the battering it will take in the winter.

I’m really pleased with my Casa Maria outdoor furniture. The set looks fantastic in the garden and has completely transformed the space into a comfortable and inviting area for relaxing and entertaining.
The furniture feels sturdy and well made, while the cushions are comfortable and the modern design looks great against the patio and greenery. It’s both practical and stylish, and I’ve already had lots of compliments from family and friends. The delivery was great too

Great table, excellent quality and my husband says it was easy to assemble!

Product seems strong and looks good. Very long delay in delivery. Construction was difficult as labourer was not present. So my son, my wife and me had to help for the whole day. Otherwise the installation would be completed over 2 weeks!

Kyle and Paul fitted our pergola today. They arrived on time, were polite, clean and tidy. We were impressed with how effortlessly the structure was erected with perfect synchronicity between the pair of them. They answered our questions concisely and knowledgably. Unbeknown to us our patio wasn’t completely level, but they overcame the issue and we are so happy with the outcome. Thank you

Really happy with my purchase, The furniture set is high quality & super easy to build, I had to wait a while for it to get delivered which was annoying but well worth the wait.

The pergola arrived a couple of weeks late than expected. However, all was well once it was erected and functional. Really good product at decent price. easy to assemble and looks beautiful with motorised roof and LED lights. Well happy!

We did send a virtual message and the company did respond within 24 hrs . The service was great and order process easy online . Delivery & installation was within 10 days . The team were friendly, and the fitter was excellent and extremely experienced . The product is really good quality and already improved our outside space and impressed the neighbours !
It is great to sit out in with blinds down , lights and free patio heater on and roof closed and not get wet !

I had my Casa Maria pergola installed yesterday by Ethan & Kacper. Amazing job, they took care of everything. Unloading, unpacking, installation, checking and clear up. Easiest job ever, for me!!!
The pergola looks wonderful. Really sturdy and great quality. The whole process has been a joy. Looking forward to using it now, whatever the weather!!

From ordering to delivery was 7 days, amazing service. Our set arrived perfectly packaged delivered by Steve who was a great guy and helped me to get the huge boxes to a safe spot on the driveway. The furniture itself is absolutely top notch, it all went together with ease. All the holes lined up, no missing screw's etc and is rock solid.
