We are delighted with our 3,2,1 garden furniture set and have been sitting on it at every opportunity. It’s exactly as it looks on the website. I opted to put the units together myself and it was very easy to do. Everything is of a good quality. The seat cushions are firm and fit snugly into the frame so there’s no movement. The back cushions are softer but still firm enough to support your back. Very happy with the service from Casa Maria and have already recommended them to family and friends. Would certainly buy from them again.

Absolutely over the moon with my garden furniture! Arrived exactly when they said it would, very well packaged and a doddle to put together. It has finished off our garden very nicely, it is great value for money with the added bonus of a cover included in the price. Cannot fault it. Casa Maria kept me informed every step of the way about my purchase and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Delivery well packaged only problem was items weren't numbered and nuts and bolts could have been packaged separately in sizes

Due to being in the middle of the holiday season it took 16 workings days to arrive. On the day the delivery and installation were brilliant. The pergola is great quality and looks lovely.

Update since my first review:
Was contacted by Operations Manager Mark Brook who was very helpful & escalated and helped to resolve my issue. Items were collected and I was issued my refund within 3 days since he took over my case (although my refund will take a further 10 days to reflect). I think the business should take on the feedback that a call and direct line can make the world of difference from a customer service perspective. Thanks to Mark helping solve my problem I have adjusted my rating accordingly.

Received faulty parts that made assembly of the garden sofa impossible. Other parts were scratched and cushions were faded and discoloured. Raised this on the same day as items were delivered and received no or sporadic responses without clear action or timeframe. The business has no direct line, is terrible at responding on email and chat and slow to resolve issues. It’s been over 10 days without a proper response or timeframe for when I will receive a refund and when the faulty items will be collected. Out of pocket by £700 and stuck with broken items so can’t purchase a new set. At this rate I’ll have a garden sofa in 2027. Do not recommend at all.

Awful customer service. I received my furniture and it had scratches all over the rattan material, got in contact with them and they agreed it was damaged so offered me a discount, I told them I wanted the furniture to be replaced. After long periods of silence I finally received my new furniture 3 weeks after filing the complaint, the furniture had the exact same damage as the first lot. I received a phone call saying actually the furniture is meant to be like that but if I’m not happy with it then they will collect it. That was 8 days ago, I haven’t sent 2 emails asking for an update and been ignored both times.

Update-
After 10 days I got a text message from a driver asking I’m available for collection this morning, I was at work like I told them I would be in the emails they ignored, if they didn’t give me notice of when the collection would be, agreed with the driver to be at home the next day for collection. Waited at home all afternoon just for the driver to ignore me completely and not turn up to collect.

Easy ordering, kept up to date on order progression. Delivery company also informative, prompt and polite. Garden furniture excellent quality and extremely pleased. Highly recommended.

Very nice, easy to put together. Seat cushions harder than expected but ok. Good price. Very sturdy. Would recommend. Delivery as stated on web site and kept informed with tracking and updates delivery on time snd the driver was very pleasant asking where we wanted items to be placed.

Delivery not so good but that is not down to Casa Maria. Garden furniture was flat packed really well and was super easy to put together. I am really pleased with purchase and price and furniture looks good.

Delivery on time, liked the link to track where driver was en route. Paid to have the furniture built. The chap was very pleasant & helpful. Really pleased with the quality of the furniture.

Excellent quality furniture quick delivery

Bought and delivered within 7 days, well within the expected time frame.
Well packaged avoiding damage in transit, simple to put to together and looks amazing in the diningroom. Solid construction and genuinely really happy with the table.

There was a slight issue with the laquer finish on one end of the table - a slight inconvience and a shame for the over all beauty of the table HOWEVER, customer service via email were really quick to respond and offered a number of solutions.
Finalised with a very friendly phone call from one of the supervisors where we agreed to a 20% refund. Best for both parties.

100% will be using Casa Maria again. Excellend service, excellent communication and problem solving but overall, the product is bang on.
