The 4x3 pergola was delivered on time , very well packaged , straightforward to put up , the side blinds were a bit awkward to do , but got there in the end , very pleased

The actual product was well packaged, very well made and easy to install. Unfortunately I wasn’t impressed with the delivery. The driver reversed onto my drive without permission, nearly hit the guttering and scuffed the tyres on my block paving. However, the end result of the pergola was excellent now that it’s built. I would certainly recommend a Casa Maria Pergola. Great quality, well built and value for money.

Amazing quality.

I paid for my pergola including installation. When I ordered it on 20 July 2026 it stated 1 left in stock. I am still waiting for the company to contact me, it's now 8 September 2026 despite sending 2 emails requesting what's going on with absolutely no response. I have tried to contact them using their online chat service but nobody bothers to answer and you just get an ai response. Really unimpressed by the company at this point. Where is my pergola?????? Under UK law a company can only keep your money for 30 days otherwise they must refund. So perhaps leaving this review here will tempt this company to contact me and explain what's going on.
Edit.. I have now cancelled my order as it's getting to close to winter. I will however say casa Maria have now made contact with me and did offer me a discount due to not being able to for fill my order on time. They are issuing a full refund at this time. As they have been very upfront with me after I complained I will be looking at reordering a pergola from them in spring next year as I feel the delay was out of their control and they have tried their best to resolve the situation.

Brilliant from start to finish. Clear communication regarding order and delivery. The two guys who delivered were polite, courteous and couldn’t do enough for us.

The product (garden furniture rattan set) is really good quality and was easy to put together. Takes a little while to build, but there were lots of pieces of furniture in the set!!!

In addition, our complementary rain cover (great value!!!) had a tear in it. A new one was sent out within hours of raising a query. Fantastic customer service 👏

The furniture we wanted was originally out of stock, however they kept us in the loop when it arrived back which was roughly a month. As soon as it was back in stock the delivery company contacted us with a delivery date which was around a week and then delivered on the date and time given. The furniture was easy to put together, I did this on my own. It is lovely quality, the seat cushions are a little hard but guessing they will get softer as time goes on.

I would not deal with this company if you want good service. We ordered a corner sofa and fire pit table and it was delivered faulty. We complained immediately and asked them to collect it and refund our payment. Three weeks later it was still not collected. It was collected eventually and the owner of the company said we would receive a refund within 5 days, 14 days later and 3 emails to ask when we will receive our refund we have had no response or no refund. I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole, and we did order ther premium furniture not cheap products.

We contacted the company for more information before placing an order and received a speedy response. From placing the order to receiving the pergola took just 7 days. We were kept informed of receipt of the order and dispatch information and then the delivery company contacted us with a date for delivery. The pergola was delivered when they said and we were able to track the driver who kept us updated with expected delivery time. We assembled the pergola ourselves with no problem. The pergola is brilliant- superb quality and looks stunning. Tha lighting system just adds another dimension. Having looked at other companies we are pleased we ordered from Casa Maria and would recommend them.

Purchased a fantastic dining table from Casa Maria. The table was packaged really well and arrived within a few days.

Beautiful garden furniture. One piece found to have a slight defect and this was sorted quickly with a new piece sent out. Good communication. Read the small print for deliveries though!!
