Installation team arrived when expected, were polite and courteous. The installation went very smoothly and we are very pleased with the furniture now it is in situ.

First of all, the 4x3m pergola we purchased is amazing. Whilst not cheap, it's worth every penny. It has totally transformed our patio and garden.

I must also mention the amazing assistance to help modify my order to receive everything exactly as we wanted. We ordered the package but swapped from 2x 3m blinds along and just 1x 4m blind package, to 1x 3m and 2 x 4m blinds.

This flexibility to build our own specification, rather than paying for some items we wouldn't use was a massive bonus. Daniel helped us order exactly what we needed.

The delivery was an experience. My wife was home to greet the delivery but ended up needing to help the driver who was sent alone. In total, the 8 boxes weighed a total of 250kg, so with hindsight and knowing a single driver would arrive, I should have arranged to be on hand myself.

We installed the pergola ourselves. I must admit it was a handful and due to the size, the more people available the better. There were three of us throughout, but even used a forth person at one point to have a person on each leg.

Our installation was not perfect and we left one of the lighting wires within the leg. This was pointed out to us by the Casa Maria technical team. We feared this to be a show-stopper as the pergola was fully installed and the top beams now covered 90% of the access to that wire. However, with a wire coat hanger and a lot of luck we managed to fish out the wire within the leg.......phew!! Once all correctly connected, the lights finally came on and the pergola is perfect!!!

Really pleased with the garden set. Looks great, good quality, really comfortable. Initially one of the parts arrived damaged, after a lot of back & forth they did agree to replace it and a new unmanaged item was received. Thank you to Mark who looked after us

Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this company again. The only slight issue was that delivery was by a guy on his own and some of the boxes were really heavy. Super pleased with our pergola, managed to assemble it pretty easily.

The pergola is great and looks really smart.
The built in controls for the lights are simple to use.
We have 3 sides thare the blinds and one made up of the sectional wall. It has given us privacy as well as a haven in our garden.

From my first enquiry to delivery, the team at Casa Maria provided excellent customer service. They responded quickly to all of my questions, addressed every concern I had and never once made me feel pressured into making a purchase.

After ordering, I was kept fully updated and their delivery company was equally impressive with advance notifications, live tracking and phone calls on the day to keep us updated.

The pergola itself has exceeded all our expectations. The quality is exceptional, everything was well package and it fitted together perfectly. It also feels very solid once bolted down and should last a very long time. As others also mentioned, it's even better in real life than the pictures. Our patio and outdoor area has been transformed.

We ordered our garden furniture and was informed it had been sent to courier exact 6 days after order. whom then kept us in the loop of delivery. We were given a date a time slot and this was carried through even to the driver calling us 1 hour before arrival giving us a arrival time. Fantastic company and a big shout out to AIT couriers

Post installation with your approved provider and having paid a substantial amount for the installation, i am seeing issues in draining of the water. it is coming off the side beams rather than through the bottom of the 4 posts. if this is resolved, i would give 5 stars, however without that the pergola does not do, what it was intended to do.

Still waiting for the correct bed to arrive two weeks later after the incorrect one was shipped to us.

Update to review: moved from 1 to 3 stars.

The incorrect bed was collected and the correct bed arrived a week later. Once this was built, we took the mattress out of the packaging and realised this was also a different colour, brand and style to the one ordered.

Despite sending photo evidence of the differences, Casa Maria refused to return this due to a policy that any mattress unwrapped cannot be returned. They did however offer a 50% refund as a compromise.
