From the beginning when I ordered fabric samples, I was so impressed with the service I received from Desser. It was so easy to order on line and I was surprised how quickly they had my order ready. I was able to choose my ow delivery date and was then kept informed by the delivery company as to proximity. The men were so professional in handling my furniture and I was well impressed how they unpacked and removed all packaging. All this was done in absolutely atrocious weather conditions. Can honestly recommend Desser!

Easy to choose and order on line, quality furniture at a good price and delivered within expectations.

We received our furnture six months ago. As I wanted to be honest about the purchase I didn't climb on the 'eophria of getting it' bandwagon - I wished to feel the quality over a period of time. All good and very pleased with it. Jobwell done guys and whole experiemce good!

This was the second order for this table as we were unsure whether two would fit in the arrangement we had. Pleased with the first delivery and we did have the gap for it so a further order was placed.

I purchased a second footstool for my conservatory chair set. Quality furniture which we love. Delivered on time and very helpful in ensuring my addition would match the originals from 2 years ago. Very happy.

Recently purchased the Clifton suite, beautiful furniture, but why does it smell so bad tried Febreeze but the smell is still very overpowering. Has anyone else experienced this and if so how was it rectified, your expertise would be gratefully accepted

I am delighted with my purchase. The quality of the Clifton chairs is even better than I expected. They are beautifully finished and the seat cushions are firm and yet luxuriously comfortable. The Jasper material is exquisite and perfectly matches my newly renovated living room. I was fortunate to take advantage of the September offer, which was an added bonus. Communication links online were very slick and exemplary. Delivery was also first class in every way. Thank you very much indeed and well done!

Absolutely delighted with my purchase. From ordering to delivery was a great experience keeping up to date all the time via emails and texts

The ordering process was very good and we were kept informed of how our order was progressing. The delivery men were a little heavy handed and although the furniture was not damaged there could easily have been some damage to the trim or b our conservatory door. Luckily I was very n hand to guide the box through the door to avoid possible damage. Very pleased with the product so far.

Purchased a rattan sofa for conservatory use. Product is good. However at first when the product was delivered it had, which seemed to be delivery insured damages, which when I raised it with sales I was given prompt discount. But later I found the upholstery was done properly and I had to reach out to their customer service again. This time it was replaced and looked good. Overall experience is ok, but all the hassle of replacing the sofa could have been avoided if proper checks were in place for quality before delivery.
