Good company to deal with online.

Found the Triumph stand I wanted at an excellent price on the web site. The communication was good and the stand was sent promptly once it had been received from Triumph. Pleased by the way it all went.

Recommendation to use Destination Triumph Dorset

The sales representitive was very knowledgeable about the motorbike I bought, impressive considering the number of different machines Triumph have. The trade-in on my bike was very fair. Replies to messages and queries was quick. Ryan was professional and enthusiatic about the Triumph brand. I can certainly recommend using Destiantion Triumph in Dorset.

From ryan doing the figgers for me andbrandon doing the sale for me it was so easy even ordering extras from les and Michael the hole team including the bike finisher are fantastic the atmosphere going into the shop is great proberly down to the new manager

Just disappointed really

Just disappointed really, I ordered a brand new KTM though them, was told 2/3 weeks delivery. 6 weeks later it still hadn’t arrived in country and they couldn’t tell me when it was now expected. I cancelled the order and have now since been waiting two weeks for my reservation fee to be returned. Emails have gone cold and they aren’t responding. Would have definitely returned to use them for an in-stock purchase in future but now just feel like they’re taking liberties.

Poor customer Service

Had first service on Two bikes both came up as water in brake fluid ,they charged over £80 per bike to change Fluid
then during a recall they retested and said one of the bikes needed fluid changing again ?
between the service and the recall was less then a year and only 700 miles, bikes stored in a heated Garage
I cant see how brake fluid would absorb water in such a short space of time I believe
either their test is faulty or the fluid was never changed
Rang to question, service manager he was total rude and unhelpful I will not be taking either bike there again

Brilliant service

Brilliant service. Bought a few items during the sale, as gifts. Couldn't fault anything- everything was really good thank you to all the team.

Very poor

Very poor,
Ordered a jacket and they sent the wrong one, it took over a week for someone to finally reply after loads of emails,
Eventually I got the right jacket and the wrong jacket was returned, would I purchase again ? No not after a simple order going wrong and very poor customer services

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! Have been treated awful after sale!
Purchased a husqvarna motorcycle from this company on the premise it would be delivered and ready by 11th June (was confirmed by the sales rep over the phone). Bike was not ready until the following Monday however shipping would be another 5 working days. I paid and sorted my own shipping so the bike arrived wednesday 17th June. I then received a phone call the next day from said salesman stating the bike was sent out in error and the dealership lock was still on the bike and thus couldn’t be used until taken off. When I asked if it could be done before the weekend (as I had made plans to use the bike) I was told no and they couldn’t give me a date they would come to do it. It is now the 23rd and the bike is still locked and no effort has been made at all from the dealer to sort this problem. I am now left paying insurance and finance on a bike which is completely unusable. I am gutted I trusted destination motorcycles and wish I’d never bought the bike. I would advise anyone looking to purchase from these to go elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Unbelievable service

Yet again the team at Triumph Christchurch have gone the extra mile. I popped in to buy a t shirt and bought a bike. I must say Ryan Newman was excellent and put together a deal I couldn’t say no too! I was worried when Triumph Swindon closed wondering 🤔 what next? Step in Triumph Christchurch. This is my seventh Triumph in a row! What can I say great service from a really professional and friendly gentleman. Thanks Ryan I am one happy customer!

I purchased a brand new trident from destination dorset

I purchased a brand new trident from destination dorset. I test rode the 2025/26 models but decided on the 25 model. The test rides were very accommodating.

However when it came to collection day, there were numerous issues. When I arrived I spotted my bike straight away but the number plate lettering was wrong. They sorted that - fair enough. I then started looking over the bike and the wheel were filthy, despite being promised a valet. They quickly cleaned the wheels. Just as I was about to depart I adjust the mirrors for myself, and the right hand mirror stem was totally loose - I should have popped back in the shop to sort it but didn't bother and managed best I could but anything toward 40mph and the mirror would fall out of place place towards me. I simply got the spanners out when I got home and sorted it out. The left hand mirror was just the same so I've asked them to sort that as I can't be bothered. Also the bike was still dirty in areas. A follow up phone call revealed that their valet staff was off on emergency leave and so that's why my bike wasn't done - in which case why not move the collection date? All in all not a great experience. They've offered to valet the bike again which is fine but what one has to remember is that it's a special day if you pickup a bike brand new and each little adds to just disappointment. Likely next time I'll just fine the cheapest deal across the uk and go with a home delivery - e.g. Staffordshire triumph has a £500 dealership contribution on a 26 model which even with delivery is a reasonable deal.

Good quality for the price

From ordering to delivery timescale was acceptable. On delivery the product was well packaged and once opened found quality to be comparable to more expensive products. Very satisfied and pleased that I found it.
