Just recieved a small cream tea from my Grandaughter. The scones were nice and fresh but the clotted cream had gone off,(out of date),and the preserve was all watery. Nice idea but not very practical... Voir plus

I have used this service a couple of times now. I brought a hamper for Fathers day. I had an issue with the delivery as it did not arrive so I contacted the company and without hesitation they resent another one and I received it a couple days later. My dad of course devoured the whole hamper and really enjoyed it. My only criticism would be the first delivery not being received but that is down to the delivery company and I couldn't give less stars when it's out of there hands. Would definitely use again and recommend.

I purchased for my Dad on fathers day and although I was disappointed that the delivery did not turn up at all. The customer service team were great and issued out a fresh bath directly to my Dad next day. He was very happy to receive.

Ordered for Father’s Day which unfortunately never arrived. But the customer service was fantastic and they arranged next day delivery for a replacement. My dad and father in law loved the afternoon tea.

Ordered a cream tea and fudge hamper as a gift for Father's Day but unfortunately it never got sent out and nobody seemed to be aware until I contacted the company and even then it took two attempts to get it sorted. I will say once the team were aware they did sort out the issue and got another hamper sent out which arrived on Wednesday.

I have used Devon Cream Teas several times before and have always been really pleased. Unfortunately this time there was a problem - hence only the 4 stars rating. The product I ordered was not the one that was delivered- it was a smaller and less expensive hamper which was a bit embarrassing as it was a gift! BUT …. I phoned Devon Cream Teas ( yesterday afternoon) and they were very apologetic and arranged for the correct hamper to be dispatched yesterday, it was received today and all good!

Ordered through the website as a gift for Fathers Day. Did not arrive- contacted currier service who state they have not received the goods. Unable to contact Devon Cream teas by phone, online chat or had a reply to my email. Eventually they returned my emails and after apologies offered to resend the hamper. On this occasion it arrived as expected and was thoroughly enjoyed by my Dad. Such a shame it was not delivered on time.

Damaged & raw!
Arrived with package damaged, contents ruined. Was a gift. Even the scones were crushed in half & the personalised card completely ruined. And to add insult to injury the scones were raw in middle! Had no reply via email or online chat. Really disappointed & want a full refund!

I have used this service several times, for friends, family and recently for Fathers Day.
All arrived early or on the day and, without exception, all were delighted with their gift.
