Just recieved a small cream tea from my Grandaughter. The scones were nice and fresh but the clotted cream had gone off,(out of date),and the preserve was all watery. Nice idea but not very practical... Voir plus

Courier service seriously lets you down…
Suppose I can't blame Devon Cream Teas on this, but they clearly need to think about the courier they use.
Fathers day gift ordered at the start of the week. Email received today from APC to say out for delivery today. Spoke to Dad and advised not recieved it.
Looking at the new APC tracking it shows it won't be delivered now until Tuesday. The goods inside won't withstand being out a fridge for that long. So the goods will not be fit for consumption.
Seriously not happy! I want refunding...

First time ordering a gift for Fathers Day. The hamper arrived in plenty of time (actually earlier than expected!) and looks absolutely delicious! I’m sure my husband will be thrilled with it…..I particularly chuckled at the instructions showing the PROPER (in my opinion !) way to assemble a cream tea 😂

Ordered for my dad - disappointed
Ordered for my dad. Asked for delivery Friday 13th, it was delivered Thursday 12th June 8.30am ish!!
Dad said pasty was delicious but the scones just crumbled into little tiny pieces, couldn't put the jam on as pieces too small. Will not order again. Extremely disappointed 😞

I ordered this for father's day, it's amazing.The quality and quantity of products are superb. There was more than enough for two people 8 scones,20 tea bags, large jam and cream and a box of shortbread. Will definitely recommend.

Great value and quick delivery
Bought as a father's day gift. I was really pleased that the delivery was exactly on time. The food had been carefully packaged so that it wasn't damaged during delivery.
My father really enjoyed it and said the pasty was delicious!

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a Family Cream Tea and Fudge Hamper as a birthday treat for my daughter and son-in-law.
The website was easy to navigate and the hamper arrived within the allotted time frame.
However during transit the box was damaged and the cream had leaked over the contents.
On contacting Devon Cream Teas by e-mail to let them know about this I was offered a refund or replacement immediately.

Not delivered on the specified date (but 2 days later instead)
Unfortunately, the package was not delivered on the chosen day (Saturday) but not until the Monday. It was a birthday present and the recipient was away from Sunday so the gift was wasted. I queried with the support team but no credit or refund was offered, which I thought was poor
