Dishonest company. They are selling defective goods and refusing responsibility. They sold me a defective Dragon Diffusion bag, also in the wrong colour. Avoid this company at ALL costs.
I am having to go through a credit card chargeback process to get the refund I am entitled to. They are trying to scam consumers into thinking that the only basis for return is “change of mind”. Under EU consumer law this is completely wrong. They are liable for defective goods and must return consumers to the position they were in before buying - that means zero fake charges.

The dragon diffusion bag arrived and is poor quality compared to my other dragon diffusion bag. I emailed to ask about returning it and a refund, and 3 days later have not had a reply

AVOID! Either Scam or extremely Unprofessional
I submitted a return request on 29 April, within the merchant’s stated 14-day return period for online orders, and followed up again on 1 May and 6 May after receiving no response or return instructions.
To date, the merchant has still failed to respond or provide any return processing despite multiple contact attempts made within the required timeframe.
Before placing the order, I also received contradictory information from customer service regarding whether the item was eligible for return, which created confusion about the purchase terms from the beginning.
As this was an online purchase from a business operating in the EU, I expected the return process and customer communication to be handled in accordance with the merchant’s stated policy and standard consumer protection obligations for distance selling.
I have retained screenshots and documentation of:
* the original return request submitted within the return window,
* multiple follow-up attempts,
* and the contradictory customer service information provided prior to purchase.
At this stage, the main issue is the complete lack of communication and support despite repeated good-faith attempts to resolve the matter properly.
