Lisa Calpito-Bautista is legendary. She was patient enough to carefully answer all my questions and all 30 of my emails. I had the hardest time finding someone to help me, but when I finally reached out to DHX and talked to Lisa everything went smoothly.

Normally working with DHX is excellent but this time, they were late and with no communcation. I really needed delivery on a quoted date, but driver was running late. I had to be the one to contact DHX to find out. They didn't notify me ahead of time. I understand that deliveries can be late, it's the nature of the business but better communication would be appreciated. I waited 2hrs past the updated quoted time and driver was a no show. By the time I called in, the dispatch office was closed. Shipment was delivered the next day but I already had to reschedule my side since I didn't have the product.

Breonna Dominici provided exceptional customer service. I had a million questions. She was knowledgable, patient, and timely with her responses. She made the whole experience very positive.

The delivery driver was great. BUT there was an open box of beef jerky. Someone tore open the wrap and took out bags from the top box.
As we were tearing down the pallet, we found another box that was open and they took 3 bags out (should have been 6 bags). They stuck the box back into the middle of the pallet. It was not visible from the outside. This happens because the pallets are restacked before it is delivered to us.
The driver took a picture of the open boxes and reported it right away to his supervisor. He was great.
Driver would get 5 stars. Whoever was restacking the pallet should be 0 star.

Excellent service, easy to work with

I requested tracking for a shipment heading direct from the vendor to our customer and Mindy was very quick in her response. She also provided the sail date and estimated arrival date to Lanai. Very efficient and excellent customer service.

On time, well documented, and courteous people to help us.

They are always dependable they keep us updated and let us know when a shipment is on the way. Erica Suarez is always helpful and is always available to answer any questions when we need it.
