She provides above and beyond customer service to us and insures we are delivered our freight in a timely manner. She also got a manager to fix a billing mistake on our invoice that otherwise would have not been fixed. Thank you Tracy @ DHX!

Ocean freight can be easy, or it can go to hell in a hand barrow, as the old saying goes.
When it does DHX personnel are always there to do the best for all concerned to correct the problem.

DHX is a team of dedicated, hardworking people. That said, they are not perfect all the time (no one is) but issues are dealt with quickly, fairly and with open minds. Customer oriented solutions are foremost.

Our pallet was extremely delayed because it was sent to the wrong island and then the supervisor Monica Diaz was very rude instead of apologetic. Communication was very sparse and I had to reach out several time to find out where our pallet was. Was told that their Hilo office wasn't answering but when I called they picked up right away. The trucking company HITCO was very pleasant and understanding.

Due to the holidays we were closed from 24-31st and they were going to charge me an addional nearly 300$ to hold it, so I had to come in on our days off to have it delivered. Insane they were not willing to work with us seeing the hoidays. never recomdend them to anyone, prices are insane and they find any and everyway to charge you more.

Dependable Hawaiian Express, is well named.
They are extremely dependable, capable and offer efficient responses to request and are adaptable to our ever changing needs for each various project that we use their shipping services on.

Worst service ever staff are liars and thieves

Missing and late shipments. Drivers/ deliverers have attitudes and make workers and customers feel uncomfortable. Not very professional

It was the second time your driver delivered package to the wrong address. Driver did not follow the correct address written on the delivery label. Package was again delivered to 99-1100 Halawa Valley St. Instead of 99-1300 Halawa Valley St as was written on the delivery label. I did call and speak to a DHX person and that he would mention it to internal affairs.

Great customer service, friendly employees and very helpful. We had a very large order and they came through till the end.
