Great service and people

Deliveries constantly late. Zero communication about delayed deliveries from DHX. Very frustrating experience all around.

DHX is our go to shipping service to and from the mainland. They provide great customer service and response time, as well as delivery service.

Wonderful customer service … worked with rate desk and customer service at your Los Angeles office and everyone was helpful and efficient . I use dhx for my business but we were shipping personal items this time

I wasn’t having the best experience due to the first person that helped me but Karen’s attentiveness and patience made up for everything. Karron in Kona, is always quick to respond, kind and helpful. I appreciate that she keeps us in the loop with regards to our containers and is always pleasant via email or even those rare times I get to speak to her.

I work A LOT with Sharon, the Maui dispatcher. I've found her to be highly communicative, always keeping us in the know about when our containers arrive in Maui, when the customer's schedule delivery and when the containers are returned to the dock. She keeps our Maui shipments running as smooth as possible, even when our customers delay delivery or pick up. She makes what I know is NOT a simple job, LOOK easy. I appreciate her kind replies, open and honest communications and positive attitude.

Kimo, also in Maui is also wonderful to work with. Always kind and quick to respond. He is helpful but not too "chatty" which is good thing, because I can be (Chatty) at times, yet he takes it all in stride.

The Honolulu team Lisa, Shauntay and Tamara are amazing. Quick to respond, taking all of our updates and changes in stride. Always kind and helpful when I call with "off the wall" questions.

Ashleigh in Sales, has come by a number of times, and it's been wonderful talking with her. She's helpful and eager to help find new ways DHX can help us. AND She brought us calendars, always a highlight for our team!

As I mentioned earlier, I know that it takes a TEAM to make the whole process run smoothly, so I wanted to thank everyone at DHX, Honolulu, Maui and Kona for all they do to take care of their customers and make sure that our shipping needs are processed in a timely and efficient manner with ALOHA!

this being our first inner island shipment with DHX, we were a little worried as we move some odd freight. We started off a little rough with a late delivery, but the team was able to get it over to the port and it sailed on time. The Oahu team followed up to make sure it was delivered on time and everything went flawless.

A few days ago, in error I posted a review on DHX that was meant for a different company. I sincerely apologize for that error.

I want to make it very clear that we are EXTREMELY happy with the service we receive from DHX. Whether it's making reservations for International orders, US and/or local pick-ups and deliveries, the service we have received has been exceptional. The customer service agents are always accommodating, knowledgeable and very friendly. We look forward to continuing our long relationship with DHX.
