She also followed up advising when the cargo sailed and provided an ETA to the Port. This is the first time in years that I have had a rep provide a courtesy notice of when the cargo sailed. DHX has very knowable people that have been in the business for many years. Everyone there is super nice and always make sure you get what you need on time.
The warehouse is extremely clean and the drivers pay attention to detail. We have never had anything we store or ship damaged along the way.
