I feel like they bait elderly people. They showed a picture of a box of 10 carnation instant breakfast it the cost was $1.17, not a bad price . Costco sells 40 ct boxes for about $14 bucks so you buy so many you make the cost. I ordered 19 boxes , what came was an order of 19 individual packets.
The return label came they put on it came from a suite number ( P.O. Box basically) in Fort Worth , Texas. So I called the Florida phone number and spoke to a representative named Jim.
Jim told me there was a parentheses at the bottom stating that you get a variety one of each. Didn’t you see it? He said I told him yes I saw it. I thought it was a variety box with mixed flavors. He proceeded to tell me no the price is $1.17 per packet. I told Jim that the picture I saw was misleading. It had a box of 10 carnation instant packets for $1.17 I ordered 19 boxes because I thought the cost would equal out me driving 20 miles each way to Merriville Indiana to Costco to pick up three 40 boxes. I asked him if he was nuts who in the right mind would pay $1.17 for a package of carnation instant breakfast when you can get a 10 pack for three dollars and something at Walmart or get a 40 bucks at Costco for cheap. I told him with shipping I could’ve gotten three 40 boxes or close to it for the same price.
It’s a scam , since then I went back to the same site. They no longer have the individual packets for sale and 10 packs are now $11 and $.77 or something like that. And now they have a return label right on their website. It’s not in Florida, but it’s for Elgin Illinois.
I feel that this company is a big scam to take advantage of the elderly at outrageous prices.

Then before I could file a Complaint with better Business Bureau and Attorney General‘s office in Florida Northwest Indiana, where I live at, had some crazy weather (tornadoes, high winds, and lots of rain). Our electric just got turned on last night. Our Internet just got back on this morning around three or four because it was still out when I went to bed at 11:30. Late last night I started cleanup. I had to throw out tons of food and start cooking the rest that was good and also start cleaning up the rest of the mess from this storm and outage today. I’ll finish cooking the rest of the meats and food so I don’t have to throw it out. And finish cleaning up the mess this weekend then I will check into filing a formal complaint next week.

Lancets were the best price anywhere and the shipping was reasonably quick (6 days).

The product is great - when it sticks. I have had at least 1 in each order that doesn't fully load out of the clicker thing or the sticky stuff to make it stay on your arm is not sticky enough or something because it won't stay on the arm. That is a lot of money going into the trash because it doesn't work correctly.

My order was canceled

The shipper left out the unit number of where I live. Spent half a day on the back and forth run around with FedEx, only to be told I have to contact the shipper to add my unit number. I contacted the supplier and they said they cant modify the shipment since it already shipped. That is complete incompetence if they dont know how to use their shipping resources to correct their mistake. Lastly, I was told to refuse the shipment "once recieved". That is the most idiotic advice I've ever heard as if I could receive it, I wouldn't need to refuse it. And the lack of customer service and support with this kind of stupidity is just unacceptable.

Wow, this is a great product at an incredible price, it is an advertised as “colorless “however, it is technically not the colorless Biofreeze. A bottle looks very similar in that both types are white bottles, but this product comes out green. It is not colorless. The actual colorless formula states such on the bottle. And now, I have 12 bottles that are not what I thought I was purchasing.
