Wrong size, late delivery
One of the items you sent was not the size I ordered. I ordered 0.5cc 31 guage insulin syringes but recieved .5cc 30 guage instead. Unfortunately I didn't realize it until after I opened the package so I can't return it.
Also it took seven days to receive my order even though I paid extra for 3 business day delivery.

So, I'll ask you here: Of the two boxes of syringes you ordered, which one was wrong? If the error was on the part of our shipping department, we would have replaced it for you. You paid for expedited shipping for a package that took too long to arrive. The tracking information indicated the error was in the Post Office. A call to our Customer Service Team and we would have refunded the shipping charges. If you call our Customer Service Team on Monday, we can try to help. 1-800-891-9399.

Purchase Order Not Processed
Purchase Order Emailed, received, yet not processed for days.
Spoke with vendor on the phone, confirmed they'll process the order and will watch our our purchase order. I had to call them after nearly a week or more to find out if our order had shipped or not, and they hadn't even opened our email. This is very frustrating and damaged a client relationship, not to mention my relationships with coworkers and supervisors.

Thank you for shopping with Diabetesstore.com. The insulin should be OK as long as the vials didn’t feel hot. If they were close to room temperature when you opened them, they should be OK.

Most NPH (human) insulin can remain at room temperature (up to 86°F / 30°C) for about 28–42 days after first use, depending on the brand and whether it’s a vial or a pen.

Very disappointed in your shipping
Very disappointed in your shipping. I paid for three day business day delivery, place the order last Saturday, and one week later, this Saturday, March 14, I received the needles and by no stretch of their imagination would this be third business delivery. I also ran out of needles because of that, which kept me from taking my medicine.
