Order 101395 tracking is not working or…
Order 101395 tracking is not working or is not available only shows it sitting in Florida also usps tracking shows tracking cancelled. Please fix this after I paid 29.00 dollars to get fedex delivery but that didn’t happen. I needed the pen needles to take both of my insulins but after Friday will not have anymore available!

I am sorry for this inconvenience. We told you when you emailed us earlier, the package was originally labelled with the wrong shipping method, so the label was cancelled and it was reshipped via FedEx Express. As we told you, we refunded the shipping charges.
To make matters worse, it appears FedEx has lost your package as they have no information associated with the tracking number. You should have called us on our customer service phone after the FedEx package didn't arrive and we could have reshipped the package right away. We will reship tomorrow for Friday delivery
If the lost FedEx package arrives, please let us know.

Hello, Sorry you feel the shipping was slow. According to our system, you placed your order on Friday, Feb 6, around 2PM. Our published shipping policy states that orders placed after 1PM on Friday will ship the next business day. The next business day was Monday, Feb 9. Our published shipping policy states that you should expect standard shipping to arrive in four-to-seven business days.
Your shipment was delivered on Friday Feb 13, which was four business days. If you needed faster shipping, you could have called us, and we would have done our best to get your order shipped more quickly. You could also choose expedited shipping. Thank you!
Only compatable in home country
US sensor. CDN phone not compatable. Called you, directed to Libre# on box, was redirected to CDN Libre#, nobody could help.....Libre just lost a customer, going back to Dexcom as they are Internationally more user friendly.

Hello, Thank you for your one-star review. I do have to wonder why you gave Diabetesstore.com a one-star review when we have nothing to do with Abbott Labs, the manufacturer of Libre products? Since your complaint is with Abbott Labs, shouldn't you give the One-Star review to Abbott Labs and NOT to Diabetesstore.com, which is just a retailer?

This is my first order from Diabetes Store. Ordered the Stelo CGM because I don’t do Amazon. Easy to navigate store page. My lesson learned- I’m happy with the store & service but will not use USPS again for shipping. Pony Express would have left USPS in the dust.

I am so sorry for the inconvenience. We shipped the package on January 15. USPS tracking 9400150206219015568044 indicates the package finally left Florida on January 20.
When we choose a shipping partner, we rely on them to uphold their delivery commitments, and the Unites States Postal Service has failed us on this shipment. I apologize for this and have refunded the shipping charges back to your credit card.
If you still haven't received the order by Monday, I will reship.
