We can award them as most WORST network provider. Most of the time they forget about their primary job providing network and go for other businesses. I am paying 3 network lines with them paying useless to get network home, I am not located in idle place of the island, I am living in Colombo city center and I am not getting nothing for 4500lkr home broadband. It’s utter worst network provider. It’s just a mafia who take money from people for zero service, I don’t know what government authorities take action on such institution that they easily take money from public for no service.

Not recommended, The customer care is absolutely useless the hotline doesn't connect to any live agents, Only way to contact a agent is through their WhatsApp chatbot and it takes hours to even to complain

They claim they are the #1 network provider but in reality the worst.
Now let me tell what i experienced recently (I have more very disgusting experiences in the past) this is the latest. My connection got invalid for incoming calls and had to wait for 5 days to get it done! All they say is their technical team is working on it! If they are the #1 network provider then why would they need five days to get back my connection?

I had a very bad experience. The service quality is poor and customer support is impossible to reach. Totally disappointing and not recommended.

They have issued a SIM to me owned by someone else and i was unable to communicate using the SIM,i have been unable to contact customer support for several days. Every time I call their direct lines, a recorded message in Tamil plays and the call disconnects automatically. This has caused significant stress and frustration, as I have had no way to receive assistance or resolve this issue. And apart from that ,The same SIM number they gave me had a registered WhatsApp owner ,with different email ID.This can cause data privacy issues as well.

Great for a dual SIM device.

Extremely disappointed with Dialog Sri Lanka. They disconnected my connection without informing me, and as a result, I’m unable to access online services to pay my bill. How is a customer supposed to pay when there is no connection? This shows poor customer handling and lack of basic communication.
Horrible data connection
I would give minus stars if possible. The internet connection is the worst it could ever be. I'm switching to another internet service provider. Do not recommend dialog to anyone anymore!

Poor network in Srilanka
Even though they say they are number one in Sri Lanka, there is no signal when a disaster strikes. They are just deceiving people and taking advantage of them.

Terrible customer service. Very difficult to get things done. Using dialog since it’s the only option in Sri Lanka. If a good new competitor enters the Sri Lanka market. I’ll be one of the first to switch for sure.
