A great annual boiler service from Diamond Green Energy, carried out by Rob. He was very polite and knowledgeable, and gave us a thorough explanation of the outcome of the service, I pay monthly which is cost effective. They always let you know a time window and text you when they’re on their way. I would recommend!

Have used this company for a few years now, always friendly staff on the phone and at my house. Service is professional, and prices seem reasonable.

The team doing the instal ensures the house was kept clean during the install by protecting floors etc. The work was done quickly and efficiently and if there was the need to for changes they were discussed with myself.

These guys service my boiler which they installed 10 years ago. Absolutely recommended. They turn ip when they say, leave no mess and are always personable and friendly.

Excellent service

I had my annual air conditioning maintenance carried out on 2nd April and, once again, the service was excellent. The engineer was friendly, professional, and very efficient throughout the visit, taking the time to ensure everything was checked thoroughly.

I’ve been using their service for the past three years, and my units are now four years old. Thanks to the consistent, high-quality annual maintenance, the air con has worked perfectly throughout that time, which really shows the value of keeping on top of servicing.

They also provided a detailed job sheet outlining all the checks completed, which adds an extra level of transparency and confidence in the work carried out.

I’ve given them 5 stars here and would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable and thorough air conditioning maintenance.

Totally professional clean and tidy service

I have just had solar panels installed by Diamond Green Energy. Now I dont usually bother following up with a review, but the level of service I received was what i consider to be, 'above and beyond', and as such warranted an excellent five star review.
I had done some homework first before calling a number of different installers, just so that i wasn't completely naive and at the mercy of a salesman. The first to call reinforced by initial fears and tried the 'hard sell', I consider myself too long in the tooth to fall for the clap trap i recieved. However, thankfully Diamond Green Energy were the next I tried and I found Cameron ( Solar Energy Advisor) very helpful, informative and patient and not at all 'pushy', subsequently, I proceeded with Diamond Green Energy. My installers were Declan and Arthur, they arrived on time, were friendly and approachable and above all competent and clearly knew what they were doing. The independant courier had unfortunately dropped off the wrong rails for fixing the solar panels to the roof. The courier was immediately contacted to arrange a further drop off on the same day. Unfortuantely, they were quiet late however, Declan and Arthur were good to their word and held on so that the installation could be completed on the same day...they didnt leave until 7.30pm, and this was despite having a 1.5 hour drive back to complete! The installation was very neat and tidy and without any mishaps. Before they left, I was shown around the system and shown how to operate the isolators. They also downloaded the App for me and demonstrated the full process in motion. Without any hesitation, I would thoroughly recommend the family run business, Diamond Green Energy.

As usual boiler service carried out in a professional manner. Engineer friendly and easy to talk to about any problems.
