I can't recommend this company highly enough. My father used them for his boiler installation and subsequently, servicing of his boiler and gas fire. He was always very complimentary of the service received from the engineers and the office staff, and the price for the work was competitive.
Since my father passed away I have dealt with Louise and Charlotte in getting access to documentation that I need to be able to sell his property. I have made numerous request for information, and it has all been provided very quickly. This is particularly appreciated as they are taking time to assist someone who is not even a current customer, and it has made my life easier at a difficult time.
I would definitely recommend Diamond Green Energy to any potential customers.

it took way bto long to carry out my repair
when the engineer replaced my thermost rather than screwing it over the existing holes he decided to place it 2 cm lower thus leaving 2 holes in my wall also it was not level i moved it back up to cover the holes
i do wonder if he has not got the intelegence to do this should he be working on my boiler

I had disaster with my previous solar Company to the extent that they removed my solar system. Diamond Green came to my rescue. They installed a new panel and battery system. The new panels installed by Declan were neat tidy and well set out followed by Arthur who did a great job of installing and explaining the electrical system. Great company would recommend to any one. A company that uses real trades people.

Long story. Our old boiler failed.
Paying ridiculous monthly insurance to D&G (Baxi), we called them out.
Could not attend for 6 days, when they did, they said they needed a new part, that was not available.
I looked up on the internet and found the part readily available online. Informing D&G/Baxi of this they replied, we can only get parts from our accredited supplier, not the internet.
So I started looking for a new boiler, Diamond Green Energy was recommended by my son. I asked them for a quote, which was reasonable, and looked good with 10 year P&L guarantee, but they could not fit for 3 weeks.
Eventually, after 5 weeks without heating or hot water, DGE arrived to fit. The engineer was professional excellence.
First thing he said was the quoted boiler was unsuitable to our system, and arranged for the correct boiler to be delivered whilst he removed our old boiler and flushed the system.
They completed the work in a day and left everything working clean and tidy. Very Very happy.
After some to and frow emails bill discounted for the different boiler and service plan agreement set up, confusion about owner/installer registration or guarantee, have registered as owner but still waiting for guarantee certificate. The Installer was an excellent highly professional engineer, But after instal he did explain the guarantee or servicing plan and what I needed to do. 3 days now, working perfectly. Have managed online, with my limited IT skills to eventually to set up annual servicing plan but still have no idea of the guarantee period or conditions. But boiler insurance cover with DGE a third of what I was paying D&G/Baxi. Tempted to give 5 stars, but hanging on until we have a problem and response time. At present 4.7 stars.
