An absolutely straight forward experience. Good online pics, placing my order was easy.
I was apprehensive opening my black diamond earrings when they arrived but they were even better in real life, absolutely perfect.
I hope to use diamond factory again before too long.

Very simple process (choosing style, meta, width etc) that resulted in a beautiful 18k diamond engagement/wedding ring being delivered. Absolutely amazing ring and fits my partner perfectly.

My husband brought me a new engament ring for my birthday as i never had one when we were first together and i was so so pleased with the ring it is so so lovley and worth waiting for love it and would use the l would use the store againq`.

If collection had been a bit more friendly it would be 5. Ordering really easy, really lovely looking ring. She loves it! But when i went to collect it the girl shoved it out and i asked something and she shut it before i could even look. But to be fair to her she did seem like she couldn't be bothered with me!

I ordered ruby earrings from diamond factory in 11/7 and got their package with broken ruby earrings. I contacted their customer service for how to return it since there was no returning label and also wanted to confirm if the US address was working. They said I had to ship it back to UK address with package fully insured with priority shipping, and they will reimburse the shipping fees. However, after they received the package, they said they can only reimburse me $50 since the product is damaged. But the actual shipping fees is $175. It is like I waste a lot time and spend $125 for nothing. They offered very pool quality broken earrings, and made it so hard and expensive to return it, and also don't reimburse all shipping fees. Never want to ship on their website and will ask everyone don't to do so.

Update 01/11/2023: I still did not get my shipping fee refund back even they promised to refund $175. I contacted them multiple times, looked like they could not refund by credit card and have to refund to bank. But after provided my bank information, they still could not refund. My bank is JP Morgan chase, the biggest bank in US. Then I asked them if they have other methods like check or PayPal, no response.

My wife of 40 years had a significant birthday, I wanted to mark the occasion with a special present of a diamond ring. The plan was to look on line for design ideas and then talk to a friend who works as a jeweller in London with a view to him making the ring.
I pass all the details to my friend together with price and specifications of the ring, he then costed the work finding he was unable to match the price quotation from Diamondsfactory. We then did all the checks on buying items from this company and made sure we could pay for the item in a secure way with a degree of insurance. I ordered the item paid using Pay Pal , about three weeks for delivery , ring delivered, my wife very happy ring great and well made, if you feel the urge to spend thousands of pounds on diamonds this is a company to consider.

In December 2020 we purchased an oval diamond engagement ring on a platinum band. We were nervous to order online but we needn’t had been nervous as we were blown away by the engagement ring. Everything from the quality and beauty of the piece, the website, documentation and delivery was second to none. When we then needed to purchase our wedding rings, we did not hesitate to return to the Diamonds Factory. This time we visited the Birmingham store and were looked after by Mitch who had travelled down from the Nottingham store. He helped me to find a shaped platinum band which perfectly complemented my oval engagement ring. My partner selected a low dome comfort fit classic plain platinum band which is so timeless and elegant. I ordered a ring to replace my lost wedding band. However, my ring was found and I didn't need the one I ordered. The website details how to go about securing a round. However, FedEx returned to package to me because the address listed was undeliverable (listed as client moved). I contacted the company for corrected information and nothing. The box was badly mangled and while the gift bag, receipt and return not were all in the box, the ring/ring box were not. I see now why you are to have it fully insured. There is to be no refund, no matter what you are told. Frankly, this whole encounter has left a bad taste in my mouth and I wouldn't want the ring now even if it were free.
