Diamond Skin Care Avis 

I visited Diamond Skin Care in August to have a 1cm mole removed, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

From the moment I walked through the door, Satveer made me feel so welcome. I was naturally a little nervous, but her friendly and caring manner immediately put me at ease.

Dr Yasmeen Etman was absolutely fantastic. She talked me through every step of the procedure, explaining exactly what she was doing and making sure I felt comfortable throughout. Her calm, reassuring approach gave me complete confidence and made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and relaxed.

The care I received from everyone at the clinic was exceptional. I felt genuinely looked after from start to finish.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Diamond Skin Care to anyone considering mole removal. Lovely staff, excellent care, and a truly positive experience. Thank you to Satveer, Dr Etman, and the whole team. ❤️

This is a awful practise, do not use them.

June 2025, i arrange a consultation, paid in full. Had the consultation with Dr Rallan and was prescribed medication that did not work.

For my follow consultation, i was booked with a trainee Dr who knew nothing about my situation. The trainee had to call Dr Rallan who was in a different office, i had to wait for 1hr just be prescribed another medication that did not work.

The i was told I have to pay £85 for a phone consultation, this was a 5 mins call where Dr Rallan advise I continue to take that did not work in the first place. I was advise if it does work a different medication will be prescribed. Although I thought was advise was totally wrong I went with it.

After completing the course of meds that did not work for a second time. When I emailed to advise there is no change and in fact my symptoms had gotten worse.

I was advised I have to Pay another £85 for a another phone consultation which I have refused.

So after a year and £500 plus down the drain, absolutely nothing has has been.

Do not use these people, they will o ly rip you off and tell you what you need to keep you paying for a awful service.

Brilliant caring staff i had an initial consultation and Basal cell carcinoma was confirmed i went back a week later when it was painlessly removed and I was told every step of the way what was happening the staff are all very kind and knowledgeable and the removal site is healing nicely so I would definitely recommend Diamond Skin Care

Went to the Doncaster clinic and had five moles removed after going to the face to face pre-procedure assessment.
Stellar service all around. Would strongly recommend.

Dr Sarah Mahmoud did a Mole removal from my chin ( shave procedure ) After only 3 weeks I am very impressed with the healing process that was explained to me. I also got a refund in the bank the very next day as I had paid for a higher priced procedure that I didn’t need doing . Didn’t even have to ring to remind them

Was sceptical at first but after the visit I was very impressed by the team who were very professional polite treatment was carried out there and then, Sarah the doctor and the team were very thorough and put me at ease.

My GP diagnosed a Basal Cell Carcinoma. A 12 month wait for removal on the NHS. Thanks goodness for Diamond Skincare. I had a telephone consultation within three working days and the lesion was removed within 10 working days of me first contacting the clinic. I am so grateful to Dr Rallan and Dr Munir as well as all the other staff I dealt with. The service was professional, the communication outstanding and I am now BCC free. I don’t hesitate to recommend Diamond Skincare. First class service.

PLEASE AVOID!!!!!!
Got in touch with diamond skin care beginning of this year when I had concerns about 2 lesions on my nose. Had my first consultation which went well and was told I had 2 Basal cell carcinomas and 1 pre cancer. Was prescribed efudix, after a month of using I didn’t notice a change so I contacted diamond skin care and it was agreed to just have them removed. Day of removal I saw Dr Mirshekar who once being told by the nurse to use the right equipment was able to see the pre cancer was gone but the 2 other lesions remained. Dr Mirshekar marked out the 2 lesions that needed removing and I confirmed they was the correct ones using a mirror. I also had rang before my appointment and checked my wife could stay with me, to which I was told she could. Once the marks were drawn on, Dr Mirshekar told my wife she had to leave the room in a very rude manner. I was then told to lay on the bed and he covered my face and eyes whilst he wiped the marks off and re drew them on. Which I DID NOT confirm or consent to. The procedure was so very uncomfortable and I felt Dr Mirshekar was rude and in a rush. After the procedure I left and whilst travelling home I looked in the mirror and discovered one of the lesions was still there and that Dr Mirshekar had removed a random patch of skin which I had not consented to. I immediately rang the receptionist and was told to come back the next day for the correct removal with a different Doctor. Which I did. But I have now been left with an unnecessary scar on my face, plus the trauma from the appointment. After making diamond skin care aware of the situation I received statements from all involved. The nurse agreed with what I had said but Dr Mirshekar denied it. And I was just offered a refund for the removals I had just paid for. Which does not come anywhere near to now having scars on my face due to medical negligence. Not to mention the time I had off work and the trauma from the whole process. Please DO NOT visit here

A few years ago this place was excellent, but now it's all money-orientated. A few months ago I went there for cryoscopy to an actinic keratosis; I got one quick squirt of N2 with no other treatment which cost £240. It didn't work & I returned & got a 2nd identical treatment with some locum (cheaper than the boss) @ £175 & told I may need to return as "it often needs a few treatments". Not having a money-tree I got an appt. at James Paget; there the dermatologist carefully cleaned & scrubbed it for about 5 minutes, then gave 3 separate long blasts of liquid nitrogen, then applied some cream. Then I was told how to treat it & what could happen & what to do. What a difference!!
