So far so good.

I tried just about every painkiller my doctor could give me along side anti depressants but they hardly touched the pain. Out of pure desperation I tried CB1 Medical and I'm glad I did. From all the clinics I looked at this worked out to be the cheapest with only paying £50 and getting your initial consultation plus consultations every 3 months or in my case when I requested one. Ive had two deliveries so far and just ordered my third. The Doctors are understanding and non judgemental once they see you have tried different ways to relieve pain. Delivery says next day but expect more like 3 days. If you order before you run out you will be ok.

Good value clinic. I was seen quickly by a doctor via online chat. Discounts for medication nearing the end of its life is a good feature. You don’t get a Can Card though, which I was disappointed with.

Very professional and smooth service.
Communication with the team and doctors was friendly and helpful for my health needs. The delivery was fast and packed with care. I’ve recommended this clinic to a few friends as it’s helped me with so many issues. I’m now able to sleep through the night and get through the day. Highly recommend CB1 Medical.

bad experience and customer service is awful. still haven't got my money back nor have they done anything they said they will or fixed any of the issues. and they tell me its fine its ok. for me to get violated? yeah because you're not the one getting violated. you're doing the violating here.

Professional and medically based clinic, built and run by doctors and not profiteers imho. Glad I chose them over the others ✌️

Having read some of the 1 star reviews I thought I'd jump on here to give them the 5 stars they deserve from my side.
A bit of background - I deal with a historical spinal injury that hurts all the time, like literally 24/7 and so, bc of that, also a loss/disturbance of sleep.
The consultation was in depth and in no way condecending like I've read in some 1 star reviews. I also have never had problems with either delivery or faulty products.

I recently had an issue with my workplace & medication and while they didn't intervene directly, they did set me up with a liaison with an outfit that did, along with documentation I could pass onto my employer, which all helped to rectify the whole situation.

My only gripe I have, which is not worth demoting a star in my eyes, is not having more info on each product they offer.

Simple sign up, good in-depth doctors consultation and it felt like he was actually listening to me and understanding my issues. I sent over my medical record summary, described the conditions I needed help with and got accepted. Service was then so quick, ordered and paid via the patient portal and received medication within 2 days.

CB1 medical have been brilliant, from initial consultation through to my first prescription delivered yesterday, my Doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful and recommended some things for me to try. I’ve not slept properly for a few months and last night I slept most of the night and today I feel fresher than I have in months 🙏 also not itching half as bad too 🙏 would recommend them all day long, a great selection of meds available also 🙂

Don't bother with CB1 they never seem to have stock in and I am always waiting after running out. What's the use of a 21 day order cycle if it's takes over 21 days to get your repeat avoid this company I'm changing to some one that can deliver.

What fantastic service and staff, throughout the company! I have tried other clinics. But this one is by far the best. No monthly fees. Very fair prices. Top quality meds! Expert advice. Medication that has made my life bearable, again.

Completely ignorant and dismissive of both veterans and mental health issues. They offer prescriptions for PTSD, anxiety and depression but when the consultant asks you about these symptoms, refuses to prescribe medical cannabis because you have the symptoms of PTSD, anxiety and depression. When you complain you get a mealy mouthed response I will be taking this forward administratively.
