Was a long standing patient for 2 years, but the fee's all added up, and when Medicann came around, I know anyone who was short for cash made the move, not because they wanted to, more cause it made sense.

Funnily enough, They won't tell you that if you discharge from them for any reason, you can't go back.

This should be communicated, even my login says to email to re-activate... Anyway, shot themselves in the foot with that rule.

I’m a happy patient with Integro, I’ve been with them for over 2 years now and I feel even though there has been a few hick ups in the early days, I feel I've definitely made the right choice for my MC journey. Always professional, helpful and friendly service with the best doctors, nurses, patient customer service and IPS pharmacy team. I've always had next day delivery except for one occasion when the MC had to be ordered in. With follow-up consultations now free, and no fee for prescriptions things are going up and up with Integro..
I have to mention Dr Nora whom I had a consultation with last week. So lovely, attentive and thorough. Thank you Nora and thank you Integro team. I feel fortunate and content to be a patient and would definitely recommend 😌

Great start with them ordering wise no customer service provided and not one of the phone handlers can answer any basic questions. Refuse all calls from dr ashan he is awful! And will call you a lier.. they will pull your medication away from you with no notice

Has really gone down hill now you cant just phone to pay for meds must call useless ips then you cant pay them no no a random number will call and ask for your card details Integro deny they have been told about this but the last three orders i have had to hand over my card details to a random number and a random person.

my order of the 31st march 2026 has never arrived was never even sent i called to be told they would call back
nobody called back
integro said they would chase my order and then never emailed me back this is starting to feel more & more like a scam with dodgy links & apps that dont work random folks asking for your credit card numbers & zero support from ips or integro when your order goes missing & you are left without meds or your cash

After 2 years I have had it. Not hanging round anymore. The place is a shambles. Twice now there has been a system breach and we just sit around waiting like we're getting things for free. 4 days it happened for last time, not even a apology email. Please stay away. I'm just joining relief. Can't wait to get away!

This is by far the best clinic in the UK. The customer service is absolutely amazing. Ordering is so easy. Next day delivery for a very reasonable price. It makes things so flexible. The choice is Unbelievable. The value and quality is out of this world! My last Dr.Nora Khudairi was so helpful and made me feel like a valued patient. I have to pinch myself sometimes to check this is not a dream.

As someone who works in a remote treatment team, I'm very familiar with the challenges facing a rapidly expanding remote organisation. The operational and clinical staff, and their online portal are just brilliant! I've never had to wait long for my prescriptions, everything is simple to navigate, it's just hassle free. I feel the pricing structure is very fair and actually makes the service accessible for many different groups of people. That's huge!
For that I'm so grateful.

I know it's reaaallly hard work and I want to give a big shout out to you ALL for directly improving the quality of my health and wellbeing.

In 43 years on this crazy planet, I can now get at least 5 hours sleep each night consistently, and I don't feel groggy and awful in the morning.

mixed messages, admin mistakes, doctors trying to cause me stress by reassessing me as if my GP doesn't know what is going on. American business links. a highly distasteful mix wrapped up with friendly reception. some nice staff. but i dont need someone else's doctors to assess me when they can talk to my doctors.

I have had nothing but the upmost respect paid to me by Integro staff. I've been through issues with workplace drugs testing/having to justify my right to use my medication and Integro have been by my side the entire time and working with my employer to find reasonable adjustments and aid in the fight for my right to access my medication without putting my career/job at risk. Any issues with the online portal can be easily dealt with by excellent customer service over the phone. Integro staff are at the peak of customer service I've experienced and it is exactly this that keeps me as a patient with them. You will not regret joining Integro in terms of the quality of customer service, high quality of the medication provided, the variety of medications available, and advise and support from clinicians and office staff

Staff are very helpful and I’ve never had a bad experience booking my medication or reviews. New app is a lot easier to use! Once my meds arrived a day late but this was communicated to me via email and wasn’t any real inconvenience. I had a small issue booking a review but one of the staff sorted it out within hours of emailing them. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I recently became a patient with integro clinics after years of been told by alot of doctors that the only options for my fibromyalgia and other pain problems was pills, physio or just live with it and am annoyed i didnt do it sooner as thanks to doctor nora with integro i am now getting a medication that actually helps without the nasty side effects of conventional painkillers and the process of signing up with integro which i did through the big narstie medical site was easier then i ever thought. Took me 3 days from signing up to receiving my medication. My only gripe is the website and app always seem to play up near my new prescription date haha but the staff are quick and reliable when something does go wrong,

Took exactly 1 week until 1st consultation on errors from my side so could have been quicker . Spoke to Dr Nora outstanding service never belittled or made me feel awkward when explaining my usage and background. Just go with the reviews on here I did and after all the sweating I made the right choice integro clinics are there to help thats all.

Integro have been flawless for me used cannabis as self medication for over 12 years had my consultation with Dr nora or norna she was brilliant and i was more than happy with her advice? And I was accepted and haven't looked back since. Unlike other clinics they're more than willing to help always a real medical professional you speak too and no hidden fees!!! They're informative helpful and just want the best for their patients I will always use integro as theyve changed my life for the better. Im with big narstie medical through these and theyve payed for everything for me so grateful thanks integro and the team

Great comms and excellent review process, the most recent interview with Nora Khudairi was fantastic. Extremely quick delivery of meds which is perfect for my moderate to severe Crohn's disease. Couldn't rate the company higher

Ive got chronic migraines and this clinic has been so helpful, the staff are friendly, medication always arrives as expected, and I’ve felt so supported with this clinic.

What can I say i have been with integro for over a year now and I couldn't be happier. From day one I've felt comfortable interacting with any team member I come across. Very professional and courteous. In a world of online it's nice to know there is real person on the other end. Trust me you will never feel unsupported with this team

There is always a real person to talk to on the end of the phone line (you sometimes have to wait a while, but nothing excessive). The caring nature of the staff team is refreshingly traditional. The prescription request to delivery process is quick (about 3 days), has been next day on 2 occasions. Can't fault this company and its service. Well done all.

Do not use this Clinic, they will leave you more ill than give any releaf.
They have zero patient care, discriminate, belittle and mock those with mental health disabilities and are not interested in your well-being unless you pay for consultations that are free or substantially cheaper at other clinics.
If you want to avoid the pain, frustration and stress they have caused me I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere for help. This clinic is a total scam. You have been warned!!!
