Was looking to buy a watch for a special occasion and was referred to Danny at DWL. Experience was first class from the outset, having understood my needs Danny did the rest and kept me up to date as he sourced a new submariner at a competitive price. I bought a watch from DWL on Monday 25th March, I bought the watch over the phone and paid via bank transfer. Watch arrived this morning exactly as described.
I had been following DWL & Danny on social media for years but only just got round to purchasing from him, any questions I had were answered quickly. I was kept up to date throughout. Danny had asked if I would prefer to collect from the store which I would have loved to do, as a chance to look through some of the stock however maybe next time! I had an excellent experience with Danny at DWL.Firstly he kept the watch I was interested in aside for over a week until I flew back to the UK from Dubai. He was so patient while I asked so many questions about the history of the watch and authentication of the watch. The guys in DWL are true gents with a real knowledge of watches. The array of watches they have on offer is very wide spread for all people looking to buy a new timepiece.
