Given the Cov 19 environment, the procedures and service provided were first class. Had check up and separate room clean and polish. All went very smoothly and finished in less than 40 minutes.

I have been a patient at Diana Dentals for several years during which time I have received attentive and excelIent care.I am able to get a rapid response from the team if I am having any probelms and usually I am seen and treated the same day.I have every confidence in Zoe and her team and I will continue to attend the surgery for all my dental care. The care has improved my dental health and I wish to thank them all for their expertise and kind care.

The payment of £24 for PPE is outrageous and extortionate. Everyone is struggling through this pandemic; for you to try and recoup your lost earnings in this way is disgusting. Not happy!

Hi, thank you for taking the time to review our practice. During these unprecedented times we now have to wear extra PPE to protect ourselves but most importantly you our patients. This comes at a significant cost to our practice and after having to close for nearly 3 months we have taken the difficult decision to, like many other practices and businesses, share this cost with our patients. We are constantly reviewing our need to do this and hope that it the near future this can be waived. Thank you for your understanding

I was petrified of dentists and had not been for many years diana dental worked with me I needed a lot of treatment in a short period of time I was crying and shaking on my first visits but with their help understanding and patients with me I now walk in with confidence and my teeth are amazing I can't thank them enough x

I felt very safe with the set up to combat Covid 19 restrictions , Andy was very professional with my treatment and he kept me informed of everything he was doing to my teeth and i was so pleased with the finish of his work , If you are looking for a dentist in Stoke on Trent i highly recommend Zoe and Andy and all the staff at Dianadental

Emergency appointment
I was unable to get an appointment with an nhs dentist and I was delighted when diana dental were able to see me the day I contacted them. They were very efficient, clean and followed covid guidance very effectively, giving ke total confidence.
The filling was carried out quickly and painlessly and I will not hesitate in using diana dental in the future. And I would recommend them to anyone

Dianadental has gone above-and-beyond…
Dianadental has gone above-and-beyond what I would reasonably expect from a dental centre, during a pandemic.
Background, in the middle of 'lockdown' (May) I became extremely ill over 3 weeks, with an abscess in the root of a molar tooth. I consulted an A&E dentist but due to the Covid issue they could not/would not see me. I also did not receive advice or a course of action to relieve the pain.
Long-story-short. I contacted other dental practices (where I could) and was recommended Dianadental. Within 10 minutes of speaking to them (by phone) they had consulted, diagnosed and prescribed treatment (within the bounds of the lockdown rules). Within 24 hours I was pain free (nearly). Once the dental practice had re-opened I had automatically been assessed as an emergency case and added to their immediate case load. I am so thankful to Zoe and her incredible team at Dianadental for both the treatment and the continuing aftercare. An organisation that definitely goes the extra mile.

All staff are extremely friendly
All staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I've been using Diana Dental for a while now, and wouldn't use anyone else. I actually look forward to going to the dentist!

Zoe Wray is an excellent dentist
Zoe Wray is an excellent dentist. Chipped my front tooth. No problem. Filled by Zoe and now cannot see where the chip was. Deep filling yesterday to back tooth. No problem and no slobbering from numbed mouth afterwards thanks to Zoe and her wizard Oms machine which numbs just the tooth being worked on as opposed to whole mouth anaesthesia. Recommendations for Zoe and her team - 10 out of 10.
