Urdålig kundservice. Tåget blev inställt så jag missade anslutning. Hade resplus vilket garanterar att jag ska komma hem. Ringde dib som bokat min biljett som jag blev hänvisad av tågbolaget att göra. De bokar inte om min biljett utan bokar en ny utan att säga det. När jag då säger att jag inte vill ha den nya biljetten går den inte att boka av!! Urusel service och bemötande

Buggy and does not show good flights
Expensive fees, customer support answers at strange times and is slow, and most importantly the self service website does not show half the flights that I can find on normal websites, especially the fast or cheap ones. so it is just a bunch of flight with day long layovers or business class flights. Also buggy, often suddenly say that there are no available flights after you change the filter and you need to refresh the site for the flights to show up with the same settings.
