Enkel portal
DIB har en enkel användarvänlig portal och skulle man "fastna" så finns alltid kundservice på plats 24/7 för att hjälpa till. Framför allt att chatten är en "människa" och inte robot som ej förstår frågan.
Tydlighet i portal med färdriktning av tåg, bokningsbart, val av sittplats samt att kunna boka taxi i samband med resa. Ett extra plus är att alla resor går att namnge och på sätt har man god översikt över sina resor via "namnet" och inte endast datum.
