As a tech enthusiast focused on A.I. and transcription services, I can tell you really it WORKS!
I didn't expect much in the start, but the more I test it, the more it blows me away with its simplicity and strengths. I'm definitely going to make something of it.
We began using Dictalogic in November 2024, and it has been a total game-changer for our team. From day one, the software has seamlessly integrated into our workflow, and the results have been outstanding.
What we love most is how intuitive and accurate the dictation is. Our staff now spend significantly less time typing out dictations, which has effectively doubled our productivity. Tasks that used to take hours are now completed in a fraction of the time, allowing us to focus more on client service and less on admin.
Dictalogic has truly transformed the way we work, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommended for any team looking to boost efficiency and streamline their documentation process.

Great software, great customer service. They have been wonderful to work with and very helpful.
Great company! Support is good and responsive. The software is ez to use. They are a small company so they are nimble enuff to make changes on the fly. It's great to b able to talk about an issue with support and the solution is available in the next build or the next day. It is a lil bit challenging going from an onprem solution to a cloud solution, but overall I think we made the best choice going with Dictalogic
I have used Dictalogic for transcription, for my clients. It is easy to use and allows me to deal with multiple fee earners. My old foot pedal also worked with it. Their support is excellent as well.
I use Dictalogic for all my medical dications. It's great - good sound quality. I can dictate securely from anywhere. The transcribing works very well and saves my secretary a lot of time - she just needs to check and format the letters.

Had a slight issue with a transcription being cut off. Support was quick to respond and resolve. Our overall experience with the service has been great and we will definitely be using them for the foreseeable future.
We have been using Dictalogic for over 12 months now, and are still very happy with the product, works well on browser or mobile app and easy to manage from an admin point of view, the support are great when we have an issue they are on the case straight away, if we require any tweaks to the system which would benefit the way we work as a company , they are happy to take them onboard , so far all requested have been implemented.
