Great communication and excellent plants

Really great service from Henry who was prompt and personable when I had queries re the number of plants expected. A lovely selection of plants (we got the border selection that are child and pet friendly) that have all thrived since being planted. Really pleased we used Dig and certainly would recommend to others/use again.

Fabulous experience with Dig. The plants arrived beautifully packaged with full planting guide.
They were in great condition and from Day one have blossomed. I am thrilled with them.

Love the rose and two of the plants have flourished well. Three however died and 3 are looking very poor. This is partly to do with the planting positions suggested

Additionally the wait time between order and delivery was really really long.

The 2 Erigeron plants were barely alive and very small. The geranium was tipped over and crushed to the side of the pot. All the plants looked tired and not at all what I was expecting. They are very ordinary, cheap plants to buy in a garden centre but grossly over-priced by DIG. Really disappointed.

Great communication, customer focused and don't forget the incredible plants and plans that Dig provide.

Having loved our instant bed from last year we commissioned Dig to do a total redesign of our garden. Jenny was absolutely spectacular - immaculate taste, worked to our aesthetic and suggested details we wouldn’t have thought of, and incorporated our existing plants and garden features beautifully. She was also mindful of our budget and thought of ways to bring down the planting cost when our landscaping costs overran. A few weeks on the garden looks amazing - would definitely recommend both the instant bed and the bespoke service!

Wow! Too easy. Measure your bed, choose your planting type, enter the aspect. Done. Plants turn up in tip top condition - impressive packaging providing super protection despite the DPD guy somewhat man handling the boxes. Plants looked great from the off and 2 months down the line and all are thriving.

Really wanted to love this service as the concept is wonderful. I ordered and planted last year in March 2024 and enjoyed the garden all summer. Had some issues with certain plans dying which were replaced. Others grew quite tall and out so had to prune early.

Now for second summer I’ve just had to basically remove all of it sadly. The plants just weren’t the correct type for my sized bed. The Clematis both died and just wouldn’t flourish at all. The geraniums turned into a massive weed that overtook the entire bed and had to be ripped out. The verbena grew so unruly and tall that I had to cut them all back. The Daphne and saliva never bloomed.

The design concept was cute last year but this year it’s a complete mess! Will have to redo the whole thing. I wish future state of how large these plants grow was taken into consideration during planning so it could be enjoyed for many years.

The order was delayed quite considerably and I had to chase as I was not kept updated. I spent over £1,000 expecting a WOW! I planted everything as detailed in the diagrams but the colour palate is very bland just lots of green with splashes of purple which is quite disappointing as I expected more but I am not wowed for the money I have spent.

For a novice gardener 'Dig' is a fantastic company! I ordered an instant bed for a raised flower bed and it came with very simple instructions. I now have a beautiful flower bed which I absolutely love!! It was worth the money I spent.

Such a fantastic company - from concept to the advice to the delivered product we have loved working with Dig to transform a section of our garden. The team are so friendly and knowledgeable - no question is too silly! We feel like accomplished gardeners thanks to Dig and look forward to transforming another part of our garden with them soon. My experience with Dig was great. From the initial order right through to delivery the customer service was efficient and helpful. My plants arrived well established and healthy and the instructions for planting them were superb. I didn’t expect such a beautiful instant impact and I am delighted with my Dig bed and plan to order another one in the autumn.

Website and upfront service was really good, especially as we knew nothing about plant selection, and layout design. Sadly downhill after that.
Many plants were very small and some died - replacements had to be sent twice.
Now plants have got going the planting plan is unbalanced with vigorous plants dominating over smaller varieties (in cottage garden). Will need to do some of our own adjustments next year to improve.
None of this like Dragons Den or the website.

Good communication throughout so we knew when to expect delivery / prepare the soil and all the plants ordered ( 24 cottage garden plants ) have taken very well. The suggested planting layout guide and suggested plants was extremely helpful- made the whole process so easy . Very happy.

Really impressed with my Dig Club order. The plants arrived beautifully packaged and in excellent condition. The planting instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I especially appreciated the included design/layout – it made arranging everything so much easier. All the plants are thriving and look fantastic in my garden. Highly recommend

Fantastic service, beautiful healthy plants. Such clear & helpful instructions re planting out, a description of each plant sent. Cannot fault any aspect from beginning to end. I had a few queries sent by email & all answered fully & with a speedy response. This service and the choices given made re-planting ny garden an absolute joy especially for a novice like me. But also if you are time limited to browse & browse again at garden centres even the more experienced gardener would find DIG the perfect solution.
Plants all arrived superbly packaged, excellent sized healthy plants.
If thinking of ordering do not hesitate & go for it. 7 weeks on, my rsised bed is looking beautiful & plants in the garden borders are fantastic too!
