We advised copying and pasting the link into a new browser window, which often resolves the problem, but we didn’t receive any reply after that.

The fact that you responded to my mail. So many service providers just ignore you once my money is in their bank account.
I still have an issue with office 365 running on my computer. I keep on getting a pop up message "your license will expire soon" I do have Any desk installed.
