This is an honest review, and the only reason I'm giving four and not 5 stars is, it's no biggy bought my product on a Friday, struggled and tried getting someone to help. Almost thought it was a scam, but Sunday they contacted me and help me, but hey, the service they give deserves 5 stars definitely....it was sorted in a blink of an eye, thanks guys

The service was good.
But it is taking them forever to attend to my simple request to exchange the Project 21Professional ( I bought in error) for Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Office. My few emails to them has reference.

I had an issue and it was resolved in…
I had an issue and it was resolved in 15 Hrs considering I had purchased the software 14 months prior. With that I was also given the opportunity to upgrade at no extra cost due to the nature of my issue. There after there was a special promo which i jumped at the super low price which was ordered delivered and I installed all within 24 Hrs.
