Disappointing Experience

I entered into a deal with Sandesh Kushwaha for group-buy tools. The terms of the deal were discussed and confirmed on WhatsApp, and based on that confirmation I made the agreed payment in advance.

After receiving payment, the agreed commitments were not fulfilled. When I referred back to the WhatsApp conversation, the previously confirmed terms were denied. I also experienced issues involving server data, and the script/data was removed from the server, which negatively impacted the project.

When I requested a resolution, I was informed that no refund would be provided despite my concerns regarding the unfulfilled agreement.

My advice to others is to keep all communications documented, clearly define deliverables and refund terms before making any payment, and verify everything in writing. This review is based solely on my personal experience.

This guy doesn’t honour promises made during the sell. So if you face issues, then good luck finding support from him. During purchase he is quick at responding but after purchase if you face issue then you will get frustrated finding any solution. He won’t answer the calls and takes hours to respond.

There’s no after sales service, at all. I bought some account from him and faced issue. He couldn’t fix it so said he will refund. Now for the past 5 days he is still refunding me! At this rate this feels deliberate.

Not recommended for the hassle.

All these are paid reviews. Yes you can buy services for cheap from this guy, however, there is no aftersales service. He will ignore your messages for days.
