He was a great seller as long as the business was small, now he doesn't reply or sorts concerns anymore, won't recommend any long term services.

Dear Devansh (Order #19633),
Thank you for your feedback. We checked your Envato Elements 1-Month subscription.(1.2 usd monthly unlimited download) We want to clarify that the recent delay in response was due to a major server migration and a switch to the Official WhatsApp Business API to handle high traffic. This caused a temporary disruption for about 3 days.
To compensate for this, we posted a notification on our portal offering 1 week of extra validity to all affected users. As discussed with you personally on WhatsApp today, you confirmed that the service did work successfully ('Baad me ho gaya tha') after the temporary glitch. We are working hard to upgrade our systems precisely to help customers like you better. Please check your message for the validity extension.
This company is very disappointing
This company is very disappointing. I purchased a private account for 3 months, but the account stopped working after only 5 days. Even the email linked to the account was completely blocked, and I could no longer access it. All my previous AI training, even the work I had done before the subscription, was lost.
When I contacted them to reactivate the account with a new email, they told me it would take 2 days. After 2 days I reminded them, and then they said it would take more time. I explained that I didn’t have time and that I was already heavily affected, so I asked for a refund. They replied that they would check with the company, but no one got back to me even after 48 hours.
All the conversations are documented. This was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience.

Dear Saad, please don't accuse me of lying. You know very well that ChatGPT accounts were getting suspended globally during that time.
As soon as the accounts stabilized, I gave you a Business Subscription and activated 1 year of access on your own email. I know how hard it is to earn money, so I always over-deliver when a customer faces an issue. You paid for one account, but I gave you three accounts (including your personal email activation) just to make sure you were satisfied.
Go for Digisangesh, he is best in India for Subscriptions & Lisences
I was truly amazed how much the owner works for his brand, instant replies and delivers quick.
Deserves more credit than anyone in Indian market for Group Buy purchases and related stuff.
