John was very accodmating and very meanful he fixed the problem in no time he got around the fact that I could not access the office because of my wheelchair.

I could not be more satisfied!
I had a three and a half year old laptop with a charging issue that the original manufacturer wanted to charge me silly money to repair. Basically they said they could fix it, but only by replacing the motherboard which made the repair financially unviable. Digital Doctors were able to source the required part and fix the problem, just for their standard service charge. While it was in their care I had the hard drive upgraded to a Hyperdrive SSD and boy, has that made a difference. It's now charging properly and performing like a brand new laptop.
I cannot praise John and his team at DD's enough. I would certainly use their services again in the future should I need to.

Great service
Great service, was having problems with our PC being very slow and sometimes unresponsive. They came to us and took a look and diagnosed the problem and took the PC away to work on, returning it to us within a couple of days. Very helpful.

Great service, These guys have helped me an awful lot, I lost everything on my office computer - the whole business was on this one PC, we had no cloud storage in place, Digital Doctors got everything back and set me up properly so I never need to worry this will happen again, we are now signed up to their monthly support service and I must say its great for piece of mind, and if ever I need them they are always there for me and my business.They also helped when my son stood on his laptop and smashed the screen, homeschooling in the middle of a pandemic !!!- fixed and returned 24 hours later -- They are amazing and my third emergency service!!

Excellent service and repair provided…
Excellent service and repair provided by Digital Doctors, it took a little longer for the repair than I thought, but they kept me informed of what was going on. My laptop is now back with me and working perfectly. I would recommend this company for all repairs.
