I also like that you can get a quote on their website instantly. I would highly recommend. I was a bit nervous as they are online but they were recommended by a friend and I am super happy I went with them. Their customer service was easy to contact too.

Used these folks to print my zine CAMP CRASH FILTH. Printed to an excellent standard, staple binding was very neat, delivered on time. Would recommend.

Here's the thing. For years I had a project sitting on my computer. It was to self-publish a little illustrated book, hopefully make my money back, and donate what was over to my favourite charity, the Galway Hospice. I knew nothing about self-publishing. However one day I stumbled on the site of Digital Printing Ireland. As it all seemed clear, honest stuff I took the plunge. Following the directions, without too much huffing and puffing, I prepared my work and sent it off, fingers crossed. What came back, three days later (three days!) was exactly the book I had hoped for. I sold some copies to my friends and the rest at the Kinvara Christmas Market, and sent off the profit of €250 to the hospice. So, if you want to publish something of your own, this is the way to go. Printing and Publishing is not what it used to be. The staff at Digital Printing Ireland will see you good, answer your questions promptly, and send you a brilliant product.

I ordered business cards with Digital Printing. Love the quality of the product and whole experience with the company. Order came quick, printed exactly as designed.

I had been carrying around two thick self-printed (ring bound) documents for the last couple of years (needed for work). I got tired of them falling apart every three months and then having to reprint them, and they were always dog-eared after a month or so. Decided to get a copy of the document printed in book form (which would probably be more durable and look more professional).

I didn’t think it was cheap when I ordered, but was happy to pay for something that would last and be something I’d be happy to take with to meetings, etc. Besides, the reviews for Digital Printing were all good, so I was prepared to trust them and fork out the cash.

I received the books the morning of the day after I ordered them, and they looked absolutely fantastic. My initial glee subsided, however, when I paged through the one and noticed that each page had been printed twice. With the other one, the book had been printed so that the page numbers were next to the spine (and not on the outside of the page).

I contacted Digital Printing and they immediately reprinted both books free of charge, no questions asked, even though (as it turns out) the error with the second book (with the pages printed in the wrong side of the page) was my fault (Digital Printing had just printed the book in accordance with my instructions, which were wrong).

The new copies again arrived the very next day, with a slight change to the spec I had originally ordered (the change was requested by me), at no extra charge.

The books look and feel fantastic - top quality, and I know they’ll last at least a couple of years (they get carted around and thumbed through for hours every day).

Connor and the team - keep doing what you’re doing. Your attention to your customers is what sets you apart, as does the quality product that you produce. I had high expectations given all of the positive reviews and the price I was paying, but those expectations have been exceeded. Almost any firm can learn something about customer service from you.

As long-term customers, we expected better from DigitalPrintingIreland.ie. Our recent order was unusable due to the envelopes being smaller than the cards, and promised replacements (due two weeks ago), never arrived.

When we requested a refund, customer service insisted on us returning the unusable items at our expense, dismissing data protection concerns with a suggestion to blot out names. They also rejected the suggestion of offering video evidence of our team shredding the order. Their rigid approach made the entire process unnecessarily difficult.

A deeply frustrating experience that has undermined our trust in the company. Their unwillingness to resolving their error means we will not be using their services again.

As usual, quality, price and speed are as expected from Digital Printing and it's why I keep coming back to them.
In case of any issues they are very quick to respond and solve anything. Happy returning customer.

I recently bought a roll-up stand (silver) in digital printing Ireland. This was my first time printing this product; the result was terrific. The design I made looks exactly as I imagined, and the product has good quality. I have ordered cards and bookmarks in the past, and the products are always of excellent quality. If the team has a question, they will contact you asking for details to ensure that the final product will be as you requested. I have had some queries, and I contacted customer services. The team were very helpful.

I hummed and hah’d for a while after my last greeting card supplier insisted on placing their logo on my cards (Can you imagine 🙄).

I wasn’t sure about this site as I wasn’t able to get through over the phone. Not gonna lie I thought it was a bit suspicious. Then I chatted to Luke in customer service a few times back and forward and said I’d take the risk.

The cost of the cards was a fraction of what I was paying the other company for identical quality.

Forget about what the timeframe for delivery is. I wouldn’t pay premium delivery as, without fail, my delivery always arrive same week. I ordered on Tuesday and had for Friday.

I place an order between 50 to 200 cards per design, sometimes for custom orders. A nice touch by the group is they sometimes add in a few extra cards for good measure and a few extra.

Just received my 4th order this week from DP and still nothing to give out about.

The bad side is that there’s no proof read so you’d want to be confident in what you’re doing. A potential improvement the company could make. It never impeeded my order so I see no reason to deduct a star.

DP Ireland is my go to supplier now for card designs. Cannot recommend enough.

I recently used this company for cards, stickers and bookmarks and found the people to be very helpful. I initially made an error when fitting the image into the template and they were quick to point this out and gave me help to correct it before going to print. What more could you ask for? Very happy with my experience.

I’ve been getting books printed with digital printing over the past 4 years and cannot recommend them enough! Nothing is ever a problem and the team are always so helpful to ensure your product is designed and delivered in amazing quality and quick time

Every order I've ever placed with this company, this happens. I took a chance that the service had improved after speaking with a very friendly and helpful manager a week ago and now again, I'm without the product I need for the events that I have. Not only one day delayed but I will not receive my order for another 4 days due to the bank holiday. If DPI consistently can't meet its advertised turn around, that's false advertising at best. Leaving me in the lurch, to try find an alternative with very little time and spend money on a service that actually meets its deadlines is just ridiculous. It's disappointing, stressful and bad business practices. It's unacceptable to continuously fail to deliver advertised services. Whether you hide behind estimated timings or not.
