- stars for experience with customer service. She was extremely rude on the phone, never came across it in my life. If you contact me back I’d like to find out her name to make an official complaint with the company. I’d be embarrassed to have someone so ignorant and rude to work for my company.

Rep was very helpful throughout and always at the end of a phonecall if needed - made the process very easy and without any disruptions. Windows and doors fitted to a high standard. Defo recommend

I would highly recommend Munster Joinery and especially James Hickey - Sales. James is excellent at his job and knows it inside out! James is very logical at sorting out any issues and nothing is a bother to him. I found my overall experience with Munster Joinery and James in particular seamless. James is always in good form and full of energy and always available on the other end of the phone.

My new triple glazed windows and doors were fitted today. I sought out James Hickey as I had dealt with him in the past and find his knowledge of window fitting, his knowlege of Munster Joinery's ranges and the fact he listened to my requirements and made excellent suggestions exceptional. It is rare indeed to get all this in a salesperson in any field today. I would strongly recommend before purchasing windows from any company to talk to James. I firmly believe James is a genuine person and will set you right.

After much debate, we decided to replace our 100 year old wooden sash windows (We’d wanted to try refurbish them, but price and hassle made our minds up). We shopped around and Munster joinery were the cheapest quote we had by more than double! Our new wooden framed heritage sash windows are now installed and really we couldn’t be happier and more thankful to Aidan and Noel and all involved in the installation process. We had a very positive experience with MJ from start to finish. Granted the windows took some time to come but we were aware of that from the beginning and given the quality and experience it was well worth the wait!

Recently dealt with Sean McCrudden in Munster joinery, while ordering my new windows for a new garage/home gym. Sean was extremely professional & took great time in making sure I was happy with my order. His advice was spot on & my new windows look great . The installation team were also very professional & very efficient during installation.

Dealt with Alan on two occasions for renovations at the house. MJ were a pleasure to deal with and so was Alan. We love our windows and the price was great 👍.

We recently bought 2 doors and 1 window from MJ. Declan was our Sales Rep, he advised us on different options for colours and type of doors and also for our window. His expertise and experience were very obvious. The waiting time was 2/2.5 weeks once order was put through. There was 1 tiny issue once these were installed but a simple message to the rep got this sorted very quickly. We are very happy with MJ as usual and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had Munster Joinery replace our 30yr old Windows’s & Doors’s, last Aug and are beyond pleased with quality & fitting.
We were extremenly pleased with the removal & fitting, the fitters were fantastic so plesent and professional, I could not believe the minimal disruption and touching up after it was fantastic.

I have to say Munster Joinery provide a great service from quote to installation, and Alan in particular went above and beyond in helping us choose the ideal windows and doors for our house renovations, providing options, advice,appointments and installation times that worked for us.For any home owner that is trying to minimise the overall expense of renovations by doing some work themselves Munster Joinery is the way to go.
