Baskil supplied and installed bifold doors for me a number of years ago. All flawlessly organised by Dermot. Brilliant service and excellent quality product which is still performing as good as it was after installation. Dermot turned the whole process around in no time from site measure right through to install. Everything about the process was seamless and all questions that were posed ahead of the order were answered confidently and promptly. I wohave no hesitation in using Dermot and Baskil again.

Dermot was a great help in choosing the right fit for us. Danny and Paddy were fantastic when it came to fitting the windows and door, the guys were fast, their work was excellent and there was little to no mess. Thoroughly recommend

Recent enquiry to them was likely the worst customer experience I have ever had regarding home improvements. Thankfully apart from my time wasted my enquiry didnt cost me wasted money. Their dreadful customer service a warning of what could have been, a disaster of a job. Buyer beware all I can advise. There are so many professional and helpful companies for Windows and doors. My advice, also check the very poor reviews on Google.

When I first met the Baskil rep Malachy he came and spoke to me regarding what windows / doors would suit my property - his advice was crucial - great advice resulted in a great product & we are so happy with the entire finish , some small issues I reported were sorted out within days & Mervyn the service rep was also so helpful

I would highly recommend Baskil windows .we have just got ours fitted and could not be happier with the quality and the workmanship. Our experience with Baskil was made so much easier with the help of Malachy McGahan who from the start was at the end of the phone with help and advice he has went above and beyond to make sure that everything was exactly what we wanted ..and because of his attention to detail it has made the whole process so much easier ..first class service so thanks again

I used the future proof tripleglazed pvc in my house 10years ago and they are still as good today, excellent sound and thermal properties as well as a very solid, airtight window.

We are really pleased with the service Baskil have provided. Our rep Grahame Taylor was a gentleman, with a wealth of experience. He took his time to advise us on what would windows and doors would work in best for our space and all his advise was invaluable especially for me who felt clueless yet extremely picky. Grahame was also always quick to respond to any phone calls or emails queries which there were a few. The fitters were also first class - Rob, Art and another man who’s name I forget (sorry) …. were pleasant and extremely efficient. The actual products from Baskil have exceeded my expectations, the white wood grain sliding sash look really smart and the future proof smooth white frames look rich.I was worried how the smooth white frames would look against the sash woodgrain but they look good, I have been very picky from the start and couldn’t pick between white and chalk. I must say I am delighted I finally picked white!

I rarely leave reviews, but Ruth deserves recognition. From the start she was patient and courteous as I explored all the options and changed my mind several times. She helped me clearly understand everything and made the whole process much easier.

The two window fitters - Dan & Pat, were absolutely fantastic, reliable, professional and in terms of the quality of their work - exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

I have been working with baskil window systems on different developments over the years and have always had a good experience. They offer a wide variety of choices to suit all budgets and an excellent after care service which I find most other companies don’t do so well (happy to come fit but never too quick to come back and adjust) The ordering process with Malachy has always been friendly, smooth and reliable.

Great quality windows, turn around time and maintenance is very fast, very good company to deal with, Dermot is only to happy to help with any of my queries

The quality of the windows are exemplary and exactly what I was wanting.
I was extremely impressed with the installation Dan and Pat could not have been more respectful, they did a great job, the saved my cills and decoration, covered up my carpets and furniture to protect them from the dust. Personally I could not have been happier it saved me a lot of extra expense.
The rooms feel warmer, quieter and it has improved my enjoyment of the house. I am so impressed with these windows I will be looking to purchase further windows and doors when I refurbish the house next year. This is an extremely good product and really worth considering.

First class service from start to finish . They came out to measure up when they said they would walked me through different options and gave me a very competitive price . I placed the order &had a short turnaround for the window and doors . Fitters arrived fitted doors & window in no time at all very tidy and clean workers. 100% would recommend. Graham came out to our new build house and was extremely helpful and experienced. He helped us to choose appropriate doors and windows which have been recently installed and we are very happy with them. We passed on his contact to friends who are also building. They had a similar experience and are very happy with their new windows!

I have been dealing with baskil windows this years now and can't pass them .A phone call to the rep(dermot kearney).And that all it takes he calls out ,prices measures and orders.fitters come do a professional job and any snags sorted by barry the service engineer.product range and quality are second to none! Lead times best about. Dont look pass them.
