Predatory renewal terms
Would like to preface this review by saying I know that I signed a contract on behalf of a limited company and as such am ultimately responsible for understanding its terms and failing to adhere to them.
In spite of this, it is cynical at best and deliberately predatory at worst not to provide any kind of cooling-off period for auto-renewing contracts, especially when your target market consists of small businesses without large advertising budgets.
I have no legal foot to stand on, granted, but you cannot expect anything other than angry customers if you pull this every year.
Spending £2200 on a years' advertising and getting no bites is frustrating, but a learning experience. Having the same amount invoiced from you the second year without so much as a text message is truly aggravating. When you only have three employees, a months' wage for one goes a long way.
It's worth noting that all of the staff at this company were pleasant to deal with in the course of initial setup, so I suspect this is a decent operation, just one with contract terms that seem to be designed to catch customers out
I accept that I should have read the terms more carefully. I also think a business can be entirely entitled to enforce its contract while still choosing to treat its customers better than this.

Awful company failed to deliver on…
Awful company failed to deliver on advertising and took £2000 without ever running any ads. Promised to resolve issues but ignores calls or never has the right person to help. Dishonest company who steal from small businesses, DO NOT TRUST!
