Dimo Chair Avis 87

I purchased 4 pcs of CONFERENCE CHAIRS from DIMO Chair in June 2024 for approximately €4,700. However, I still haven't received the chairs. This experience has been a complete scam. Before placing the order, their responses were quick and attentive, but right after I made the payment, they completely stopped responding.

After about a month of no contact, I initiated a credit card dispute. Only then did someone named Max, who runs DIMO, reach out to me. He claimed the items were ready and asked me to cancel the dispute. He sent me some product photos, and based on that, I canceled the dispute and submitted the necessary proof documents to Dimo chair

Since then, Max has gone silent again. He says he hasn’t received the money yet, hasn't shipped the products, and is now completely unreachable. However, the bank confirmed that the payment was successfully made to the seller.

I've never encountered such an unprofessional and shady company. I strongly urge everyone: do not buy from them under any circumstances. I will be taking legal action.

If anyone has questions about this issue, I’ve documented everything and can share if needed.

Bought a vintage piece that was shipped from India through Dimo. It's beautiful; the owner/employees kept me updated throughout the process - they re-caned the chair - and it was very well-packaged and arrived quickly.

I walked into the store without any intentions of buying but the moment I fell on a particular wooden desk, I knew my tiny office at home needed a revamp. Dimo went ahead with my measurements to ensure the desk and chair would fit perfectly into my little corner and I must admit admit I've never been more seduced to work before in my life! The chair is comfortable to sit on for long hours and the design of the desk is very unique.
