Great Customer Care by Chloe
We dealt with Chloe and she was super to deal with. She was friendly and helpful in store and always available for an email or phone call. She made our experience easy and took great care with customers.
We did have a negative experience with someone else in the company who kept saying we needed to collect the bed ASAP / that day even though we had asked before purchase if it was possible to store it while we were living in a stopgap. In the end we were able to have the bed stored but I recommend dealing with Chloe.

Honestly, if it hadn't been for Chloe's outstanding customer service and patience, we probably wouldn't have gone through with the purchase. She took the time to answer all of our questions, never made us feel rushed, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable.
She is without a doubt one of the best salespeople we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Chloe is a real credit to the company, and I hope she receives the recognition she truly deserves.

Great customer service and beds
Really happy with the bunk beds. They arrived very quickly and were well packaged. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. They did take a bit of time to put together, but that was expected. Once assembled they're really sturdy and the quality is excellent. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend.
