I placed an order for 2 x world cup advent calendars or my grandsons not cheap 22.60 each . How do these companies get away with scamming people constantly. I am paying through klarna but they won't cancel the order says contact seller but they are not responding so just going around in circles

I have emailed them three times and no reply, I am sick of companies like this giving poor service, I am still waiting for my order to arrive.

It’s a scam, same as that Vchics one with thousands of bad posts, same clothes same models same Chinese scam. Don’t believe any good reviews the put them in to scam you.

Haven't received item. Poor customer service. I emailed customer service address as listed when I paid through PayPal but no answer. The company ' inspiring inventory is listed as being Temu. If nothing arrives within a few days I will go for charge back through paypal. Seems other poor reviews are true. It is a handheld power washer costing £49.99

Avoid avoid avoid. I bought an indoor fly killer from Dimoo. Big mistake, item arrived after a month, was covered in blue ink stains, the plastic was thin and cheap and was dented, far from acceptable and when turned on where it was supposed to be silent made a crazy loud whirring noise. I contacted customer services and, it took over a week for a response, they insist that they would only refund it if I return it to China at my own cost which was more than the cost of the product. I’ll be chasing a refund through my bank now. Massive waste of time.

I have placed an order with this company two weeks ago I haven’t received my products nor does the tracking number exist! I have emailed about them but no response as of yet !

Update no joy with refund. No reply from calls and emails. Had to pursue refund through bank/ visa.

Rubbish service . No response from customer service or nominated representative despite emails and voicemails. Item has now arrived and looks nothing like the item advertised. Use this company at your own peril

I placed an order on the 3rd of Jan. Item was dispatched on the 5th. Said it would take 7 - 10 working days. Arrived today. Item fits my phone and very good quality product. It doesn't look exactly like the images on the website but good quality none the less.

I read the bad reviews after I purchased.
Worried a little and then just slept over it.
I decided not to stress cause I paid via credit card.

It arrived today 15 Jan 2024 in a bubblewrap envelope, the case was inside with more bubblewrap and protection. Their link for tracking was working fine. Every 24hours it updated, once it updated twice in one day that the package was received in UK and then to Princess Mailing Centre. Up until it was finally with me.

My advice will be to people not to stress.
We are accustomed to buying things online these days but we are still taking a risk. My item came from China and I have more faith in their system than most people I guess because of my positive experience.

Would I buy again?
Probably yes cause they got stuff no one else has and for the price it's worth it.

I found a charming calendar while Googling for Xmas presents. I thought Dimoo Home looked suspicious initially and so instead I found the calendar directly on the artists website / Etsy account.

However it was sold out.

I naïvely thought that Dimoo Home might have excess copies of the calendar in stock, and there was no other place I could buy the calendar so I went for it. There was nothing on the website to suggest otherwise and the screenshots matched the artists Etsy page. I should have checked Trustpilot reviews first!

I did receive the calendar after about 2 weeks but the product was a blatant example of stealing another person's work. There was no credit anywhere to the artist on the calendar. Several of the pages are heavily pixellated showing that they were just printed out from JPEGs copied from the artist's website and some pages were of completely different images not shown on the back that didn't match the calendar's theme. Presumably because those pages weren't present as images in the original artists site they printed some random filler.

This is disgusting and quite clearly copyright theft which should be illegal but I guess all is fair in the Wild West of the Internet. If I knew the proper place to file an official charge of theft then I would.

I am so sorry for artist (Niaski who can be found on Etsy) to her work stolen like this.

Do not use these despicable thieves and buy direct from artists and creators!

Wish I’d learn to come on here before buying something but as it was shown as a uk company with uk address and uk email address I thought I was ok. Do not use this company. I cancelled the order within hours after seeing reviews on here. No response, emailed again, no response, they still took money and item has now arrived that is absolute tat and literally doesn’t do what it is built for. I’ve emailed for returns and refund but have absolutely no hope of a response.

I bought a 70cm telescopic umbrella cover. It arrived and package label said 70cm. I opened up to find it was only 25cm. I followed the instructions on their website with photo, order number, pic of their different sizes, the one I ordered, the incorrect labelling, measurements with a ruler next to it. I heard nothing. I asked for refund or replacement. I wrote 6 times. Nothing. Scam artists. Had to get my credit card company involved to refund me. Don’t touch them. Chinese merchants, another one who doesn’t follow their own Ts and Cs.

Not a scam company. I ordered and paid for an item on 11th November 2023. I followed the tracking number on 17th November and saw that it had gone through two sorting centres, a logistics company, in and out of customs clearance and finally departed China on 17th November. So I’m hoping it arrives before Christmas.

The quality of the goods they sell is very poor, just junk goods, which can not be used at all. It can be said that they sell things online, is to cheat money, cheat to customers, my first time in their shop to buy things, received has been damaged very serious goods, I ask for a refund, they either not to refund, or never respond to your request... advise you, do not buy things in this shop, deceived!

Yes very poor customer service that doesn’t answer there emails the product I did receive but not a great standard and I want to return at least I paid through PayPal

Wow another site I've been saved from being ripped off by thanks to your reviews, it's getting hard to find a site that isn't a scam. Everytime find decent jacket when check it out its dodgy, thanks all & hope you didn't lose much.

NOT BASED IN THE UK AND EXPECT YOUR ITEM IN OVER A MONTHS TIME IF IT ARRIVES
I placed the order on the 25th March. After numerous emails they finally replied. It took over a week and countless emails to get a shipment confirmation, this was only sent after a refund request. Very convenient. Got an email on the 3/4/23 saying to expect it in 15 days if that is to be believed. It was suppose to be a birthday gift but that has passed and had to buy another item.
THEY ARE NOT BASED IN THE UK I'M GUESSING CHINA. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!! both dimoohome.co.uk and dimoohome.com are both scamming companies that work together, items ordered that dont turn up, no response to emails, no return address would give no stars if possible disgusting that they can trade like this and get away with it. they have my money and i have no item.

I placed an order. They took ages to arrive. However it needs to be returned due to the item sent not looking like the picture on their website. I have emailed them three times but they are not answering. They will need to pay return postage because the reason for return is down to their item being a rip off of the pic they use to sell the item.

I do have photos of proof but Trust Pilot doesn’t have an option to upload the photos.
