If i could give zero i would, ordered the microwave egg poacher, my first issue was it stated free delivery in 2 to 3 days, when i checked out they added almost £6 for postage and product insurance, so right away i emailed them, several times i got no reply, it stated it was based in the UK which was a lie as it took about 12 days to come, the tracking number didnt work,, more emails were sent. I was so angry when the item arrived it was very small and flimsy, prob worth £1 not £9.99, plus post the total was £15.97 disgusting i got my money back through my bank. I really hope if your reading this i hope you steer clear, they are scammers.

Even though the advert on YouTube looked American the breathing valve dust mask with visor was shipped from china,absolutely nothing like the video,not rigid that can be run over with a car and pop back into shape but flimsy cloth with the worst visor ever,could buy better quality in any pound shop in uk,what a joke of a company

Was told I could not cancel order even though less than 24 hours since order placed. I was not happy at delivery costs and other spurious charges. However, within a couple of days a full refund was back in my bank account.
The product arrived and I messaged to say I will send it back if a free post label is sent. I have not heard back after 10 days. So not all bad although product quality is not as suggested.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.!!!!!. They take your money and email reply next day saying the order is shipped/tracked, but provide no method/details of tracking it. Three emails received NO REPLY OR RESPONSE. 27 days later and NOTHING. NO delivery or response/ contact. I still await a refund. Spend your money elsewhere.

The product (face dust mask) was not as described and is totally useless, extremely poor quality, in fact if used could be dangerous as it offers no protection what so ever. Avoid this company at all costs

I have to take back the review. I got my birthdawn , this afternoon , I ordered it four weeks ago I was trying to trace it , but when the parcel came , it had a different trace number. I sent 4 emails but i got it in the end .so the best thing is just to keep on at them always pay with a credit card , and if you don't get your money back from them , get on to your credit card company

Unfortunately I made a mistake in ordering a product from Saltdays.
After sending an email to there support team explaining the situation and the mistake I made they sorted the problem out straight away much tommy satisfaction.
A big thumbs up to the support team.

If I could give minus 1 star, I would. PLEASE PLEASE don't use this company. I spent money with them; they are scam artist's my friennd warned me his goods never arrived. I thought he was unlucky. I found out the hard way my order never arrived also. When you try to track your order, the tracking number doesn't work, and when you visit the website, nothing works.

What con company buy products on free shipping to be later charged £5 for 3 spoons delivered by ERVI 2x weeks later no emails ads said made in Germany no stamp 4x times more expensive than amazon with free shipping

Saltdays are often unfairly branded as a scam - that is just not true. I have no connection with the company other than I ordered and paid for an item which arrived sooner than expected. The item was defective so it was returned. Within 5 days they refunded my money. My experience with this transaction was excellent, indeed as good as Amazon. I would buy from them again. Michael

Selling "building blocks" for Christmas Advent calendars as though it's Lego, which are actually just cheap plastic flat things with some string to go through. Disgusting!!!!! Conned my mum and I'm livid

Well , they should be black listed cause they lie in their Ad about their product and the quality is very bad. I did spend £22.70 and I had to throw them away . What a shame.

Do not buy from this company! Ordered 2 beaded Christmas trees kits. Delivery took a long time. Both kits had key items missing. The instructions for one kit were gibberish - eg “use the wire to make beads “ and “increasing the hamber per layer Adjoctspaving for a full be takenceeisizge” . I got no response at all to my emails and there is no way to return the goods. I can’t even make one tree from the kits. Spider them!!

I bought two large 3d throws they are nothing like advertised cheap thin was charged over £62.00 not worth £5.00 can not get any correspondence back from saltdays after numerous emails sent feel very disappointed and scamed

NOT worth a star. Adverts for cheap knock out stuff. Zero customer care as to why . Making out stock is unique when it’s a few pence on other reputable websites. I strongly recommend you never buy this stuff as it will always be cheaper elsewhere. Spammy scammers. No phone number that works

Please avoid they take your money do not deliver items say they are shipped cannot track package ignore emails and online get in touch please you will be out of pocket

Ordered some drain cleaner tablets, in the advertisement it shows as soon as the tablets touched water they foam n leave everything cleaner. But wen I did it i had to burst the tablets myself n still no foaming. Nearly £16 n it doesn't do exactly what it says on the tin. Never again.

I bought a plastic microwave egg cooker pack. It was useless in every respect and has been binned. Nothing about it was suitable for the stated use. I would have given it 'nil points' if I could have done.

I ordered a 3d Teddy Bear cozy blanket for a friend's new baby.....what a waste of money !!! This blanket is thin, horrible material and no way are the bears on it raised and fluffy . I would send back but I know its just going to be a nightmare . Have learnt my lesson abd in future will read reviews . Oh abd by the way would never consider giving this as present. Cheap and nasty and not cheap in price

This is a company that sold a poor quality producat, an electric nail clipper, that broke within minutes of use. Saltdays did not respond to emails or web forms cutomer care. They advise that their response would come from an email "Olikaval". There was never an email starting or including Olikaval in the in box or spam folder.

Saltdays has no complaint procedure. Stay away from them.
