I had ordered the item twice in error. I emailed them straight away and had a reply very quickly. Julia sent me a message to say my order had been cancelled and a refund was on its way. She was very helpful and confirmed the cancellation and refund quickly. Thank you.

"Warning" This company is probably the worst I have ever had to deal with.I ordered A wallet from this company could not track delivery. Zero Comunication, does not respond to emails, no phone number, no UK address, not registered with companies House as a genuine company. Product never delivered. Same products advertised on website found cheaper on TEMU. Would have given 0 rating if I could BE Aware I would never again order from this company very disappointed. Now trying to get refund from my bank

Vegetable peeler x 3 the Items ordered are different from the advertisement video. They have stainless steel handles, which in the video they are wooden & much sturdier!
But my main complaint is they are not fit for purpose -they don't slice anything ( maybe butter)
A complete SCAM & a waste of £20.
As others commented, they don't deserve any stars & need to be prosecuted!

Don’t bother with this company. Took forever for the product to arrive, faulty bottle, unusable. No phone number and not answering emails

This company took forever sending order. When arrived it finally was useless and did not perform the task as advertised. They have no telephone no. Emails are not responded to. Would advise anyone to take care and not purchase from this company.

Light up balls do not fly just lights flash 3 times then stop utter rubbish what a waste of money we have two and both do not work

Ordered 2 small kitchen appliances online on 14 May. Had a query about payment so sent an email to them same day. No response. Received an email on 22nd May saying items had been dispatched with a tracking number to link to but no information on when following the link. Sent an email on 31 May saying that items still not delivered. No response. Received the items on 2 June as well as an email that just gave tracking information i.e. after the items had arrived. Both very flimsy, one dirty and no instructions on use. Avoid this company at all costs.

I made the mistake of buying their vegetable peeler. It was impossible to use because it seemed to be made for a left handed person.
I contacted the company twice to ask for their address so that I could return it to them. But they didn’t reply. In the end PayPal refunded me the money.
I think this is a scam. Beware!

I ordered the peelers they took weeks to come and they are useless. And expensive. Unusable, the only part semi useable is the bottle opener. Even that looks like it could break. Very thin material, not as advertised on YouTube. No way to review on Saltdays website. Save your money and get a normal peeler! I wouldn't even give one star, if I could give zero I would.

Scam scam scam took my money tried emailing they just ping my message back do not order

I ordered 3 products of the rust remover ,clicked on pay but the next page automatically billed me for 6 which i didnt want but was not able to cancel . I sent a message immediately to the company and their reply was sorry we cant refund you . STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN . ABSOLUTELY AWFUL . I ONLY WISH I COULD PUT ZERO

Check out their online adverts on Youtube where they show adults slapping children in the face because a child has been naughty!!! Need I say more.

I ordered a phone endoscope that took weeks instead of the days they said. The thing arrived last week, the link they gave took you to somewhere else, phone security blocked it? I contacted them the same day and so far no return address in or on the package, tracked it to a road in the midlands but got no further. I contacted Yodel asking where they picked up but hid behind data protection so I accused them of helping a scam company, no reply yet from that yet, a check on here gives them 3,9 as some duff reviews. I`ll have one more go at them to defend not helping me track down Saltdays, then you might see a review about Yodel on here. Thanks for reading.

My problem was sorted in 2 emails.
So good respond and excellent service.

I foolishly ordered an extra appliance on my order worried all day. But contacted the company by email. The very next day. I received a reply. It put my mind at rest. They are giving me a full refund. Very professional and I will certainly re order as soon as possible

Ordered the rust removal product after seeing it on Google.
When ordering one unit, I suddenly found it was then increased to two, and also charged for delivery!!! There was no way to cancel or amend the order.
Thought I had been scammed but the product came within 7 days and I tried it out on some scrap steel, quite impressive, a little slower that the YouTube video of course. Had to amend this review now.

After waiting approximately a week for it to arrived I found on Amazon a 3 pack exactly the same for £8.99.
For next day delivery.

Believed my item was coming from the UK, and the stated postal times given confirmed that. However, after 5 days I contacted SaltDays and asked them to look into why my item still hadn't arrived.
I received a prompt reply asking me to be patient and wait a couple more days as my item was in the post. I was given a link to follow enabling me to check the whereabouts of my parcel. CHINA...that's where it was coming from!! Furthermore, upon checking, I discovered that the item I had purchased was available on TEMU at a fraction of the cost SaltDays had charged me.
This firm had every opportunity to explain why my parcel was delayed, instead they chose to lie to me.

There was a discrepancy with the order. I messaged Durian customer support at Saltdays and he was wonderful. He was swift to help me and extremely honest. I would highly recommend Salt days you will not go wrong.
