Innovative but there are trust issues
First the good, the website is good and the app seems fine. The PAYG model is a brilliant innovation and gives you the chance to try the card with minimum spend.
Now the issues - of three restuarants listed in my area, one closed down quite a while ago, another has changed its name years ago (and I would guess the new management have no idea about the discount) and another the site says it offers a discount (it does not say if it's 7 days a week or not) in one branch in the city but not another which seems odd. I've emailed them to ask if they accept it but had no reply yet.
I work in digital marketing myself and the number one thing my manager keeps saying over and over is we must build trust with customers. Having information on the site that isn't accurate will impact trust. I've seen the replies about partners not responding to requests to confirm that they still offer the discount - if they don't respond, take them off the site.

Useless - App not available for up to date Android Phone!!!
I was sent an email saying Dine had extended my subscription by 12 months free. Tried to log-in on website but that's not an available option. Tried to download app to my phone (up to date Samsung) but Play tells me the Dine app is not available for my phone (despite being an android app/phone).
What is going on????? Surely Dine Club should be better than this?

Dine membership are easy to use, I always get my cinema tickets through the Dine app, cheaper and better. Whenever I contacted them through email, the responses were quick and helpful. Dine membership was renewed for the last couple of years out of charge.

Great service and the best Indian food I have ever had chicken shaslick and honey Tika is unbelievable highly recommended take your own alcohol and no corcage charge the even give you glasses don't take my word for it go try it yourself you won't be disapointed

The discount didn’t work
The discount didn’t work. Very limited choice in my area. When I did try to book somewhere I phoned the business beforehand to claim the discount and they were astonished that they were on the list and said they never had been or intended to be. Deleted the app, not worth the effort. Fortunately I’d had a free 6 months subscription.

Really enjoying this card, got it free through Sunlife insurance about 3 months ago and I’ve only used it twice so far but I got 15% off the bill at a restaurant near me and then a free drink with my meal when I travelled to see my sister up in Yorkshire.

Never been a customer of this company
Never been a customer of this company, never heard of them and I have not signed up for this dine card, only heard from them on email today say they have given me an extra free 12 months membership, I am not a member and don’t know how they’ve got my email.

Disappointed
Disappointed, only two restaurants in our town listed. One closed two years ago and the other knew nothing of the scheme and they have run the restaurant for over two years. Must say have a lack of confidence in the scheme.
