Quality of the belt I ordered and size is perfect. I actually also received my order in a quick and timely manner. Originally when I received the email when my package was delivered I hadn’t realized it but the package was delivered prior to getting the email notification. I hadn’t realized overlooked the package and thought it was part of a different package. I continued to check the mailbox for the next few hours before sending an email to Dinosaurized to report my missing package. I was very impressed to get such a speedy response from the company rep regarding looking further into my package delivery and possibly issuing my refund if the case resulted in it. Luckily, I found the package and quickly replied back stating my original order had been delivered, I apologized for my error and thanked them for the quick response. IMO Dinosaurized is a 5 star company with 5 star service. Thanks Dinosaurized team.

Product arrived as advertised , in a relatively quick time. It was priced attractively , it was adjustable to fit well. It is ,indeed, light and comfortable .

The company Dinosaurized is a joke and a scam. I ordered one of their kits, but they shipped a cheap kit that didn't include anything I ordered, just a bunch of cheap crap, and are giving me the run around. I've sent multiple pictures that what I received was not the product I ordered as proof. Any now they won't correct their error. Perhaps this is their intension, to send you a bunch of cheap crap and keep your money. This company needs to be investigated!

In response to your reply: I've replied about 10+ times and getting the run around. The worst customer service experience I've had to date.

Well, they emailed me back stating that they already sent me the kit I ordered when it didn't include about 90% of what was supposed to be in it. Still getting the run around and won't provide me with a full refund. Absolutely the worst. I thought Military Owned meant the company would have some integrity, but I guess I was wrong.

Well, yet again they are giving me the run around. Now they are worried about their own "performance metrics" being hurt with their payment provider and offered me only 50% refund. This has been going on long enough. Any other company that has shipped the wrong product, received pictures of said wrong product, would have fully corrected this issue by now. It's been weeks of emailing them and still they haven't corrected the issue. They keep trying to weasel me out of money, trying to wear me down until I give in and accept less than 100% refund. PLEASE save yourself the headache and do NOT purchase anything from Dinosaurized!!!!

The product is good and the quality is great.

This company was supposed to be an American company. The product is based in China and was implied to be a Veteran company. They buy Chinese products and sell them as their own. I saw the same product on Amazon for less. Not happy to support a Chinese company. I am a US ARMY Military Police Veteran.

PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN GREAT JUST AS DESCRIBED. SHIPPING HOWEVER HAS NOT BEEN SWIFT.PLUS I REALIZE THAT THIS TIME OF YEAR CAN BE EFFECTIVE ON SHIPPING TIME.

First off, the Mag Holder is so small it will not even fit a single-stack 6 round Magazine. Reported to be a US company but actually shipped from PRC via Yanwen shippers. The US address is Fort Collins CO, however the shipped manifest showed to have come in via Frankin Pank IL.
I received 4 different tracking numbers.
The material is Faux Leather which is cheap and will not last for the 120 day "Lifetime Warranty".
Plan on being disappointed.

I initially thought this IWB holster lacked a magazine slot, but after a closer look, I discovered it was cleverly integrated by the left clip. The customer service team was persistent in following up for a review, and I'm glad they were. The workmanship and quality are excellent. Impressively, it accommodates three of my five pistols and a magazine for each. A very versatile and well-made product.

The fast response I received inquiring about the status of my order

False advertising that the product is ambidextrous. When confronted they admitted to false advertising. They offered a replacement but after several emails and days could provide no left handed replacement product despite the fact that their website was currently selling them. I was robbed and strung along.
There is no real customer service and I have the email chain to prove it. P.S. the product was cheaply designed.

After two weeks I received an unsolicited package from the company. They sent the full leather shoulder holster with magazine pouches. Unfortunately their attention to detail again failed. The holster is again right handed. WTF , you can't make it up m. Zero stars.

I had ordered a Fujobi Pancake Holster with 1 magazine holder a couple months ago. The material is so soft and my P365 Sig fit so well. It’s an IWB holster. The holster covers the whole gun so nothing rubs, but truthfully, the magazine holder doesn’t cover the entire magazine and after many wears, the magazine rubbed on my skin. I contacted dinosaurized.com prior to 120 days and they were tremendous. They are going to look at how they can fix the problem. They sent me one free holster with no magazine holder. Plus they allowed me to keep the original holster. I just got the new one a few days ago and am breaking it in. It is working great. Here is a company that wants to make great products and believes in good customer service. I highly recommend them.

Purchased a 5 in 1 holster.company says made in usa finally got package shipped from China absolute junk.no phone number to call .I keep messaging and messaging to no avail for a return.with no response from online chat.beware

It's the best Holster I've ever bought, the price was very reasonable and it fits 3 different sizes of my guns. I just wished I found you guys sooner and didn't spend so much on other holsters that are so uncomfortable. Thanks so much for your products. Keep up the amazing work that you do.

Online experience was great
The delivery process leaves much to be desired. The response to inquiries was slow, although there was always a response to every inquiry.
Delivery was stated to be within 7 to 10 days however it was nearly one month with zero tracking information other than whenever I emailed for an update. The tracking number provided did not work and never showed up in the USPS system.

had a small problem with first order and they corrected everything. this company and their customer service are great !!!
