I ordered something I didn't want when I received it. Dinosaurized gave me a free 100% exchange option for another product of equal value. I made my choice and was sent the new item with no hassle at all. Contacting them and getting a response is very good via email. (My choice) I commend their customer service and do recommend Dinosaurized for that reason. Excellent customer service is good to find.

Had a question about shipping and tracking number. They went above and beyond to get me the answer's to my questions and were helpful polite. I received my holster and was very pleased with the quality and price. I would definitely recommend their service and hope to order from them again in the future.

I’m fat, it’s hard to find products that are geared towards larger people.

This holster worked very well to not only hold my pistol securely, it kept the pistol from digging into my side! this made it possible to use this as an every day carry with no pain.

So far the product is as advertised, only issue I have is speed on delivery .

Wasn’t sure at first but after wearing the Fujobi for a bit it fits well and the ability to carry more mags comes in very handy.

It has been two whole weeks since I ordered and I still don't have what I ordered. When I contact customer service, they will respond with "Your order has been processed and is in transit." They offer a tracking number but use some unknown shipper that doesn't track. I will never buy another thing from this outfit!

I can say that I appreciate the support you have given me and kept me updated on Items that I have purchased, and if there has been any issues such as shipping delays, I have been updated on.

Resolving a problem that I had with my order.

Let me start by saying I purchased three items from Dinosaurized. I made my purchase through TikTok and I was a little perturbed because my last purchase through someone on TikTok was invalid. So I became impatient and I reached out to Dinosaurized they reached back out to me within an hour and told me to keep an eye out for it and let me know if it doesn't come. Well lo and behold the next day my package arrived and I want to apologize to them for being so impatient and thinking they were the other guys that I was disappointed by. Quality of the products is awesome and not just that the customer service was on point You think by being online they can do whatever they want to but no the held to their word and they reached out to me that was a pleasant surprise and oh my god so appreciate it Thank you so much Dinosaurized and God Bless America

Easy ordering, good comms. Shipped quick & received soonest. Very comfortable wear w/appendix draw, side draw and small of the back. So good actually, I ordered one for my son also!
'Hard shell' print noticeably, I was using a 'pancake' type, but...kinda became uncomfortable after awhile, but this covers the beavertail and hammerspur quite comfortably. I use on both full size and compact 1911's and others.

I recently received my Raptor Sling Bag and found it to be a great piece of equipment. Both the quality of the material and workmanship are top notch. It not only makes my pistol easily accessible, but has plenty of room to carry extra ammunition and personnel items I use daily.

They have been very helpful iaking me happy with their upservice. I can’t wait to receive my new holster they are sending me to replace the one’s that would not fit my revolver ancient waiting. Very nice people to work with.

At one point I was of the opinion that this company had deceived me like others had in the past. Weeks had past since I made my order but my merchandise hadn't arrived. Turns out it was the complete fault of the shipping company. Along the way this merchant continued contact with me. Assuring me that my package would be delivered and if not, I would receive a full refund. It did finally arrive and it was obvious there has been mistakes made during the delivery. Dinosaurized is a legit U.S. company dedicated to serving their customers. They are honest and committed.
BTW my wife loves her new holster. Until now she refused to wear her firearm. I feel much better now knowing she is safer thanks to the purchase from Dinosaurized.

The people at dinosaurized.com are constantly trying to make you happy. They are making sure you are satisfied with their products. The customer service is excellent: very responsive, prompt, accommodating and courteous. This was a great experience.

I ordered two holsters on September 21st and after WEEKS of silence, it’s obvious this company has zero intention of delivering anything but excuses. No product, no tracking number, no communication NOTHING. The only “response” I’ve gotten is a worthless chatbot that exists solely to stall people long enough that they give up or miss their dispute window.

There is no real customer service, no working phone number, no human to speak to, and no indication this company fulfills ANY orders at all. They take your money instantly and then vanish into thin air like a fly-by-night operation run out of a closet.

This isn’t sloppy service this is predatory behavior. They are deliberately hiding behind bots and fake support links to avoid accountability. Every red flag of a scam is here:

No product shipped

No tracking

No real email replies

No way to contact them

Auto-bot stall tactics

Radio silence after payment

This looks less like an online store and more like a digital siphon designed to drain credit cards while pretending to be legitimate commerce. I’ve already started the dispute process and will be reporting them to every platform available, because this isn’t “delayed shipping” this is consumer fraud with a website attached to it.

If you’re thinking about ordering from them, DON’T. Unless you enjoy donating money to strangers and getting nothing in return, stay far away from this operation. It is a scam dressed up as a storefront

I ordered a product listed on the website. They sent me a completely different product, when I pointed out their mistake with photos, they still claimed it was the correct item - even though it doesn’t match the item advertised in any way.

This was between constant automated responses to my emails and having to explain myself to about 4 times to what seemed like 4 different reps that just didn’t read the email chain.

Seems the last week or so they have had a lot of negative reviews, I have asked for a refund but they are unwilling to do that. Seems like it’s time to get the State Attorney General involved because it looks like these deceptive practices aren’t a one off and more of a established business practice.

I'm not gonna lie i'm from another holster company just trying to test your products out. turn out it's a good product-the raptor bag.
But what I'm more impressed is that you guys run these Yeti garbage ads and gain loads of sales.
